before i bought this OBDSTAR Odo Master i ask if works with my car they said yes but when arrived did not work , msg them every time they said give us minute , over a week i had to go to PayPal ask to return item to china i have to pay for postage no help from company they asking me to close the case with paypal and they will pay for postage . can you see scam i paid £500 for this xx item posted to china and PayPal refunded the money ,they saying they did not get the OBD was not in box , NOW i been getting Email THREATS been made by company that they WILL send some one to my house ?

They delivered the item but they tried to scam me and taking 20days to send it so I messaged PayPal then they told me make sure you don’t close the case and the obd express will tell me to close the case but I didn’t because then I wouldn’t be able to clam my money back , if you buy pay by PayPal and DONT close case , some of the reviews on trust pilot are fake and made by obd themselves

Ordered BMW ICOM. Came in a box from china so not UK based as they state.

The ICOM I ordered was not ICOM. It is a cheap VXDIAG system inside an ICOM box. It is not compatible with BMW Ista which icom is made for.

Ordered an expensive tool, £2750 from them, I was ask them few times if they got on stock, cause I need it ASAP, they confirm they told me in 5-7 working days will be with me. I was pay them in next moment. After 3 days told me they don't have one in EU just in China, and told me they will dispatch from there. I was say ok. From that message was past another 2 days, they are not answer on my messages any more, So after 5 days they still didn't dispatch my item, they are not responding to my messages, etc.....
Don't order from them !!!! they are not trust-able sellers.

The company is a mirage in uk they are based in China, item arrives not like described and plus with custom tax bill. When you returning item they giving you post service options not to use any of it looks like you must deliver by your self. And you never get your money back. !!!! VERY BAD ONLINE SHOP!!! AVOID !!!!

After Order he will send u an E-Mail, that one product is not in stock.
After i open an Paypal Complaint, he told me close to refund u.

I called PayPal and they told me, if i close the Complaint, i cant get my money back anymore.

so thats a scam:)
