The coffee table was beautiful, unfortunately there was a blemish of raised material on the shelf but I was offered £30 refund which I accepted. However I then discovered the laminate was coming away on the shelf so had to glue it back . The table is now with a charity and I hope someone enjoys it because it is a beautiful table but the quality is poor.

We'd been searching for an oak corner unit for a while and saw that the one we wanted was out of stock. Nevertheless, I phoned to see when they would be in stock. The very helpful gentlemen I spoke to at Oak Solutions said he would check with the supplier, and promptly came back with the news that there was one, last one available and did we want it. It was in our dining room a week later, and at the sale price. We are delighted with the unit and with the exceptional customer service.

I ordered 2no Bedside Cabinets with 3 Drawers each including Oak Handles they arrived in perfect condition but with Metal Handles, i emailed Oak Solutions and they replied and stated that they had posted out 6no Oak Handles 10 days later still no handles once again i emailed them and the only reply i received was what can we do to improve ourselves, get your orders right for a start and i still havent received the Handles Customer Relations is Disgusting.
