Quality of the product and great customer service when ordering it.

Good quality mirror delivered quickly. Strange fixings on the back but managed to modify slightly and hang it nicely on the wall. Many thanks.

It's all about the customer service - Oak Solution has this by the bucket load. What a joy to speak to someone on the phone - and to get return calls. If I need any other furniture, this will be my first port of call.

Order Crescent Display and Matching TV unit . on unboxing the TV Unit the item had broken drawer runner and top corner un finished , the company is arranging a replacement unit to be delivered

I was a bit nervous about spending £1400 with a company I hadn't heard of, but their reviews were good so I went ahead.

On placing my order, I immediately received email confirmation, which is always a relief. Two days later, another email invited me to choose a delivery date. I did so and another email quickly confirmed that my delivery was booked.

The email stated that free delivery is carried out by a single man. As I wanted the furniture delivered upstairs to my bedroom, I telephoned Oak Solution to discuss this. I paid £25 for a two man delivery team, which Oak Solution then arranged.

Swift Removal Ltd were excellent. They phoned when they were 15 minutes away and when they arrived were polite, friendly and respectful of my house and my delivery.

The Opus furniture is everything I'd hoped for, was very well packaged and all arrived in perfect condition.

An hour after delivery, I received a courtesy call from Oak Solution to check that all was well and that I was a happy customer. I'm pleased that I chose to shop with Oak Solution and definitely recommend them.

The product was exactly as shown, really well packaged and delivered undamaged. It's really well constructed, solid and looks great. And yes I would buy from them again. My only niggle is the holes that the handles screw into aren't level so one handle is higher than the other but decided we could live with it. Only issue I have, and I don't know whos fault this is but since my purchase I've been swamped with spam emails from shipping companies saying that I have an outstanding delivery from Oak Solution and I need to pay duties etc. I have several a day. Had several other scams too all referring to Oak Solutions, it's relentless. So I would question their website security or whether data is being sold on. Something doesn't quite feel right here.

Oak solution is an extremely professional company to deal with. I was kept informed of the progress of my order at each stage, together with that of the delivery company. The item - a CD and/or DVD storage unit was delivered to the appropriate room by courteous and respectful staff. It was extremely well packaged and I was delighted with my purchase, perfect for the job and well manufactured. I would use oak solutions again.

I bought a beautiful console table and am absolutely over the moon with it.
