Absolutely lovely bed, delighted. Very good quality. Came quickly excellent delivery. We were lucky to buy this bed in the sale so it was less than half price. Very pleased.

Not even worth one star!! Ordered goods gets an email saying they are going into administration . Deleted call centre numbers and emails, ignores Facebook messages but reads it. Absolutely disgusting company!! Extremely poor poor service

Like so many others, I recently ordered a chest of drawers with the money my Mum gave me for Christmas. She has since died, so I thought I’d use it towards something I needed. Then I get an email saying they’re about to appoint an administrator and I can’t get my money back at all. Paid by credit card and they tell me it’s doubtful too! Therefore I’ve paid twice for their dishonesty as the furniture I’ve bought and paid for will be sold to clear their debts! So I’ve lost my Mum, my money and my furniture. Thanks Oak Furniture Solutions you’re the pits! AVOID OR RISK HAVING YOUR HEART BROKEN AGAIN.

Ordered a blanket box which was as the description! Nice quality, well made! Good solid wood, and looks nice! We were kept well informed about arrival date and times! Paid extra for delivery! Delivered by two pleasant men who carried it up to our bedroom! They didn't unpack it. My husband checked the product before they left, and it was fine. No complaints about the product or delivery! Very happy

I purchased some bedroom furniture from you a month ago and have been informed that you have appointed an administrator and I will not receive by goods or get a refund. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with the situation. Also when I have previously received goods from you the delivery has been very poor ie dumped on the doorstep. The delivery people seem uninterested and do the bare minimum...

There were annoying plastic covers over the screws that were impossible to get off and there was no explanation as to how to remove them. I ended up using a craft knife to remove them which felt quite dangerous.

Ordered a dining table. Received an e-mail saying they are looking for a purchaser for the business and that my order will probably not be sent. Then another e-mail saying item will arrive end of march. Send them money at your own peril.

Smart looking, solid Santana bookcase. Pleased with quality, but wish it had been a bit easier to get through the door - this really is a sizeable piece and is fully assembled apart from the moveable shelves.

My coffee table arrived on time and it's of good, solid construction. Once bolted together it didn't feel like it came out a flat box at all. The surface looks like it will sustain a few knocks and spills without coming to much harm. I'm really pleased with it.

Given that the company seems to be in administration whilst owing me a considerable sum of money I cannot rate it badly enough. It only gets one star as there is no facility to leave none.
