If I could give - stars I would. They’re Big fat scammers …. Paid for furniture, which never came and emails are fake replies. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a scam and the tracking company is also fake. You can’t contact them and their email is responded to by AI. The company went into liquidation in 2024 and they’re still taking people’s money. I have received no goods and have lost £1000.

They deliver poor-quality, broken items and refuse to fully refund them after making exercises. The dishonest seller and staff are very rude.

Be careful. This company are how claiming reviews aren't real and having them removed! Avoid at all costs!

I am still waiting for a response and refund of over £500 for goods that I have not received.
I will be reporting this to the bank and trading standards.

I wish that I had checked Trust Pilot before I ordered from Oak Furniture House as I would never have used the company. I did some research on them and didn’t find anything that suggested we would be scammed so, as oak furniture is difficult to find here in France, ordered a complete set of bedroom furniture in November 2023. Although we were told that the delivery would be quick, we allowed the fact that the Christmas holidays could possibly delay our order.
I contacted the company on 5th January 2024 and received their notice that they were having issues and that we would receive a refund within 20 days. Needless to say, we have not received any response/refund despite numerous emails.
I have been in touch with Trading Standards, Action Fraud, UK International Consumer Centre, European Consumer Centres Network and our bank but, sadly, there wasn’t anything they could do.
We are both pensioners and can ill afford to lose nearly £4,000.

I ordered my furniture in October and am still having problems with the furniture it's either chipped or split.

I've had 6 tables delivered and each one has been damaged. It's not me being fussy it's the quality and the poor workmanship of this furniture. They certainly don't live up to their advertising.

I've now been told that they won't deliver me another table as the recent table was perfect when in-fact the wood had a small split.

Every piece of furniture I ordered was damaged and the table is the only piece I'm now waiting for.

Now Oakland Furniture are refusing to deliver me another table when it's not my fault that the furniture is of poor quality and very bad workmanship.

I was left without a table over Christmas and had to cancel all my arrangements for the festive season as I never had a table as the delivery driver said the legs never fitted.

I wouldn't advise anyone to order from this company

Do not purchase anything from this company before reading all the recent reviews below. I had the exact same experience i.e. ordered a piece of furniture, no communication regarding delivery, eventually told they had "warehousing problems (familiar??), was promised a refund on three occasions over two months (familiar??) and then no contact whatsoever!. My bank has now taken over the dispute and credited my lost money.

I ordered a "Julian Bowen Oak Furniture Marlborough 5ft King Size Bed with High Foot End" on 3/11/23 for £571.49 and i waited patiently for my delivery date which didn't arrive so I contacted their customer service and they told me they were having warehouse logistic problems apologised and said I should hear something soon... by Christmas I had an email saying they were suspending further purchases and some orders would be refunded within 20 days... 20 days past i heard nothing so gave up waiting and requested a refund on 5/1/24, 16/1/24 & 19/1/24 and recieved no reply to any of my emails.. On the 25/1/24 i decided to open a dispute with my bank they gave me a temporary credit whilst they opened a dispute case in which Oak Furniture House had 30 days to contest the dispute... I assumed it was all done and dusted but the absolute cheek of them! Today i recieved another message from my bank telling me Oak Furniture House are CONTESTING my dispute! What an absolute scam of a company!

Has anyone actually received their refund? I put my refund claim in after repeatedly trying to get a date for delivery of my paid for goods. After receiving an email saying they had distribution issues, I even offered to go and collect me goods, when I actually had an email response telling me to not to.

On 5th January I had an email saying all refunds requested before this date would be dealt with within 20 working days. 23rd February and still no refund, card repayment process now started. Fingers crossed.

Very worrying the directors' first name on Companies House site spelt differently on other companies and previous company dissolved!! Current company has now changed name.

ordered a unit in October 2023 told it would be 10 weeks after numerous emails and trying to call still no furniture ,got emailed 5/1/24 to say money would be back in account 492.56 within 10 days ....still waiting ,
i feel this company is not a genuine company

Ordered garden furniture in early December. Had to chase up in Jan to be told that they had ongoing issues, stopped taking orders and would refund automatically within 10-20 working days.

Never refunded. Chased 3 times, no response. Filed a chargeback. Do not use.

Had to go through my bank to get a refund of over 2k.

Ordered a pergola and this company stringed me along for 3 months before receiving an email from them saying that they were going to refund everyone.

By the way... they're still advertising the same item for sale for 33% more than what I originally attempted to purchase it for.

You are an IDOT if you use this company!!!!!

We ordered an outside furniture set (showing as "in stock") on 2nd July 2023 and received it over 2 months later on 11th September 2023 therefore missing out on Summer.
The table was faulty and had a missing piece, yet they have still done nothing to resolve it at the time of writing (30th January 2024).
They ignore almost all of my emails and clearly have no intention of resolving the matter. Appalling level of customer service.

If I could rate as no star I would; placed an order for furniture at the end of October and it stated items were in stock for delivery within 1-2 weeks. I paid for items in full and despite contacting them on multiple occasions I am no further forward and no sign of the furniture I ordered. Shop around - there are better suppliers out there - I would not recommend these at all. I have now lost all patience with them and have referred the matter to my credit card provider to take up a refund with them. they are an absolute nightmare.

Starting to belive I've been scammed by this company took my money and no goods received keep getting emailed back with loads of excuses and on there page yellow warning signs phone lines down

Haven't received my order which was placed in November. Contacted the customer service team on numerous occasions who are unable to confirm a delivery date. I have therefore requested a refund only to be told they have a tech issue with their system. Still waiting for my refund which was requested last month, Contact them a number of times but not even getting a reply. Very disappointed.
