I ordered NAF Immuforte also Day Carr & Martin Flygard spray. From Oakfield. Excellent price and posted immediately. Unfortunately during transit the Flygard container was damaged and the liquid spilled out into the packaging.
I emailed Oakfield with photos and asking advice as to whether I should return the damaged item.
I received an immediate response and was fully refunded for the item.
The communication from Oakfield was spot on.

I still haven’t received my order
I still haven’t received my order. The reply below says it was made available for collection but was not collected. This is not correct. Delivery was attempted twice (no options were available to me until the two attempts were made) then when delivery options became available I opted for to collect from my local post office. This was over a week ago and I am still waiting for it to arrive there so I can collect it. I appreciate this is an issue with Royal Mail but not being able to opt for collection in the first place makes it very difficult for people who are at work. I now have no idea where the parcel is as it should have been at the post office on Monday.

Royal Mail attempted to deliver but nobody was at home to receive the parcel. It was then made available for collection but was not collected. It is now being sent to the local post office to be collected. The customer has now collected the parcel.
