I am extremely disappointed with my experience with O2 after being a loyal customer for several years.
Over time, the network service in my area deteriorated significantly, causing me considerable inconvenience. There were numerous occasions when people were unable to reach me during urgent business and personal matters. I raised this issue with O2 multiple times over an extended period, but unfortunately, the problem was never resolved.
As a result, I decided to switch to another provider. I contacted O2 beforehand and was assured that porting my number would not be a problem. The port was processed successfully, and I even received a refund from O2. However, I was later surprised to receive a bill for £258, which O2 stated was an early termination charge.
When I contacted customer services to query this, I was even more disappointed to learn that previous conversations—including several calls made by both my wife and me regarding this matter—could not be found because they had apparently not been recorded on their system. This made it extremely difficult to resolve the dispute.
Based on my experience, I have lost confidence in O2’s customer service and complaint-handling process. I regret choosing O2 and would not personally recommend their services. If you are considering joining O2, I would encourage you to carefully review the terms of your contract and keep your own records of any conversations with customer support.

We received great customer service and definitely recommend them.
