Took nearly 2 weeks to deliver a package from Wellington to Auckland, my Temu packages came faster and those were from China. Make it make sense.

Drivers with zero respect for other road users. Completely blocking the entire footpath and bike lane at Victoria Park.

Repeatedly left my parcel In Mailbox despite
contacting office to complain.
I was notified that my parcel was
"..with delivery driver and will be delivered soon ..please reply with instructions to leave .".... AFTER the parcel had already been dropped in mailbox. Contacted company repeatedly to try to rectify this
No response from them

I received an extremely rapid same morning email response from the office this time, which was impressive and greatly appreciated!

Courier driver too lazy to come up drive and instead drops a could not deliver note delaying delivery by a day when I have been waiting 1 mtr from door all day, then today courier signs it onboard at 7.30 and its now 2.52 pm and the A hole has taken it back to the depot, - NZC you suck, and to make it worse your app changes screen after inputting 2 digits into the damn thing and you go round and round, when you finally speak to someone they just pass you off to someone else wasting time and energy. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE USELESS

I requested an ATL tag to be placed at home. Instead I got bombarded with emails stating they attempted to deliver a parcel which I received 5 weeks ago. They still haven't installed the tag. Their update notifications are non existant. Avoid

They cant read simple delivery instructions. 4 times they have delivered meat from Premium Game, with clear instructions on the box (and at our gate) to put under porch at back of house. Every time they leave in full sun, on a deck - not exactly good for meat. Also had it been raining the box would have got very wet.
Every other courier company manages to deliver to the back porch.

The Wellington branch of NZ Couriers is one
of the worst delivery companies in New Zealand. They have 'lost' 8 parcels in the last 9 months for me mostly high value items. The customer service is none existent and the run supervisors, internal investigators, the agents and office staff are all incompetent at best and are likely complicit in the theft,damage and missing parcels. Avoid using this service and if your package is missing, don't bother calling them, sort it through the shipper! Waste of time and effort trying to deal with these thieving lot

I just received my package; a large flat clock, wrapped in multiple layers of cardboard and foam, with a fragile label on the outside. It was broken in two. It would have taken somebody standing on it to have broken it like this.

Courier 098 must be on Drugs or something! My package delivered to a different address than the one attached to the box .
I will no longer do business with any companies that are using this Courier from now on.
NEW ZEALAND COURIERS are the worst Courier service in this Country. Do Not Use This Courier!

They have dropped off a sofa which is grey, I ordered beige asked him to take it away but said he would be back as got it wrong ok, I paid for the sofa before delivery so now nothing!! from anyone at all I think this company is scamming people Be Very Aware

Amazing service never an issue with these guys, parcels always arrive normally over night at very most 2 days and if there is an issue they are a lot easier to deal with and are happy to help, TAZ our local guy here in havelock Marlborough is amazing!!!!

Delivery was signed for by the courier themselves, using my neighbours last name as who it was 'signed for by'. They then left my package on top of my neighbours package - on my neighbours porch.

I asked for the information held about my queries via the privacy commission. I did this and found that they took zero notes from my initial call. There was no intention to follow up and it wasn't until I emailed that any action was taken. They are still not being honest and it is a shame that there is no accountability. As consumers we have no voice other than refusing to purchase from customers that use NZ Couriers but that isn't fair on the small businesses using them. They have responded by saying I have my parcel. So they have admitted that lying to customers is ok as long as they eventually deliver the parcel.

Misdelivered order again. Van the drivers even read.12 boxes..made me miss 2 appointments...still not here aaargh

Worst service ever. I have been calling them from the last 3 days asking for my courier and every time same response that it is with the investigator looking into it and will get back to you asap and keep your phone handy. Even after 3 days no sign of courier. No update and no response to my emails. Frustrating asking for own courier. Don’t even try to book your courier with NZcourier otherwise you will regret.

Courier didn't even try and deliver. Just left card in mailbox and won't bring it back for 3 days. Claimed to have been to door and waited 5 minutes but as someone has been home all morning and we have 3 dogs this just doesn't add up. Lady on phone told me he even took a picture of the front door and left card there but I haven't seen this photo and the card was in the mailbox. Just a bunch of liars, why not apologise for not doing what they are paid to do and bring it back? Why keep lying?

Terrible service. Driver didn't even attempt to find my house, saying it was a fake address, yet I've lived here 9yrs and never have issues with other couriers.

Easily the worst service I have ever received! I sent a gift to my sister at the start of December for Christmas which NZ Couriers lost. I had a replacement sent which was then also lost.

I have been going round in circles for months now and have received zero compensation and my complaint has not been handled seriously at all. George East from customer service responds weekly just saying they'll get back but it has been 4 months now without any progress.

I would implore anyone not to use these couriers.

Appalling! They insisted on requiring a signature despite my instructions and did not communicate properly re why parcel was not delivered (cardboard in a letter box is no good if you're not here - use email or phone!).
They agreed to deliver it again on a definite date without a signature (confirming this in an email) but did not even make an attempt, and were going to ship it back to the supplier without notifying me.
The contact number given in the email turned out to be non-functional and they did not even provide me with a tracking number.

Sigh! This courier company simply doesn't care. We made an online purchase, paid for courier with instructions to deliver to front door. Instructions ignored and Item left in mailbox. Item stolen from mailbox. Rang NZcouriers. After over half hour wait on phone had to hang up and get on with my life. Useless, stressful service...if you can call it that. Not the first time this has happened.
