I recently purchased a petite star zia reworked grade A buggy, cannot fault anything about it! Great price, fast delivery and good communication, letting me know when my item was dispatched ect. Will defo buy from nursery value again, have already recommended to 3 friends!

I love my petite star zia pushchair can't belive it's a rework it looks brand new. Delivery was very fast, excellent service. I would deffanatly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic service! I was a little worried about ordering off This website as I've never heard of it before! But I ordered a travel system and adaptors and although the wrong adaptors were sent, as soon as I contacted them this was sorted the same day I contacted them and they sent me the right ones out the following day free of charge! So I think it's a fab website! I will be using this site again!

I have used nursery value on several occasions and have always found the service superb! The prams are excellent and the reworked section is amazing value for money! Recently had an issue with an order caused by myself and received a very fast response from the Facebook site with cancellation and full refund sent there and then! (Accidentally ordered 2 prams not 1) please use these guys I highly recommend!!!

I have been deliberating over a new buggy for a couple of months and had heard such good reviews about Petite Star products. I decided on the Petite Star Zia x4. Its a little heavier that the 3 wheeler my friend has but takes up just as little space and my 1 year old loves the fact it sits up right and has a bumper bar to hang on to. I don't like a lot of faffing about in and out of vehicles and this buggy just flicks and goes!
I also bought the liner in blue and green spots and stripes for extra comfort but also to protect the buggy form dirt and grime to sell on again in future. I already think the buggy is lovely and comfy, it was more of a protector but it looks bright against a black background and is super comfy. Great rain cover easy to attach and gives full protection to baby and buggy. Average size basket but thats fine with me. Its a great sturdy, comfortable buggy that fully reclines and sits upright, has great suspension and I can't help but notice how smooth it runs and how very quiet it is over terrain. My sister has a quinny zapp extra and it rattles on cobbles or uneven ground. This buggy is great for my sanity and his naps!

I found Nursery Value easy to communicate with, had fast delivery and I would recommend again. I love that I can buy spares for my buggy at a later date to keep it in tip top condition when it comes to selling this buggy on, at reasonable prices too.

I always feel the true test of good customer service is not when everything goes perfectly, but how a problem is dealt with.
There was an issue with my order (incorrect number of items dispatched and a quality issue with a reconditioned item) HOWEVER, these things DO happen on occasion wherever you shop, and i could not have been dealt with better!
After emailing Nursery Value, they very swiftly rectified the problem, the service was very polite and they did not quibble or make an issue of my complaint, they apologised and sent the correct items out straight away!
It was very nice to have a problem dealt with so well and without any difficulty!
I would be very happy to shop with them again in future, as although i feel my issue was a one-off 'blip', i also feel confident that if there ever were an issue they would be pleasant and hassle free to deal with!
My only slight niggle is that they are not contactable by telephone, which i prefer, but emails were quickly replied to so this was not a problem. All in all great customer service team.
...Would give them 4 and a half stars if possible! ;)

My Rework A Bubble was basically a brand new buggy but £65 cheaper than rrp. Delivery was within 48 hrs of ordering and it's a lovely buggy to use, sturdy but light, and I love the rear facing option. Perfect :)

I'm fully satistied with my purchase. It was sent fast and although my ordered pushchair was reworked category A, it looks like a brand new, has even labels.

Thanks to my sister introducing me to this site I got a petite star ziaX for a bargain price. Was graded as B so expected some marks on it for the price I paid but its nearly new, even had to take the wheels out the wrapper!

I have ordered a reworked and did not know what to expect I got a pushchair £175 cheaper than its new price and it only had small stitch fault hole in hood very small did not effect use very happy with item

My Pram was rebranded- badly the stickers they used were rubbish. The picture on the description had mothercare on, yet these were covered over with petite star when it arrived, why? no idea but it is clear it should have been mentioned!

I was impressed by the quick and friendly reply to my question on Nursery Value's facebook page, and by the foot muff I ordered for my new Bubble pushchair, the quality is great and it came very quickly. Also nice to get an unexpected discount.
Can't wait to try it all out when my little one arrives!
