First time buyer on NuMonday and it was really easy to do. Once I placed my order, confirmation came through and the lovely seller got in touch straight away to discuss the order. My happy mail arrived really quickly, it was beautifully packaged and I just had a lovely experience, I'll definitely be back

Seller was extremely helpful, going out of her way to produce exactly what I was looking for. The item in question is for a gift therefore I do not want to say what it is at the moment. I will say it is beautifully made and was well packaged to avoid damage during transit. I would buy again from this seller.

Just love this candle and it arrived in a few days. Has the most amazing fragrance and clean burn. Love the subtle crackle of the wood wick. Nice touch enclosing the care card.

Somehow our delivery address changed from the order to the Ebro delivery and the order was sent to the wrong address which is an empty property! Luckily a neighbour had a key so I was able to recover the parcel.
