I noticed that we had a discrepancy on our account billing (a credit) and sent a message to the support team. Jessamyn confirmed there was a system wide glitch, which made the error, but let me know that if there was a refund available on our account they were leaving as is. I thought it was so generous that they had a glitch and let us keep the benefit. That shows excellent customer service, in my opinion. Jessamyn was the rep that helped me and she was delightful to work with. We love working with Number Barn for our phone number needs.

They secured two very appropriate local numbers for our mobile phones. Once we had them, the porting took less than 48 hours to two diferent MVNOs. Had a snag with one of them, but NumberBarn was very quick to provide the needed information and help. Great service that I never knew existed.

Great Experience Following Bank Fraud!

Due to bank fraud my credit card# was changed and I failed to update it with NumberBarn so my account became delinquent.

I sent an emailed describing my situation to the team and they were very kind and offered to forgive the reconnection fees, which could have been hundreds of dollars! Whew!!!

I recently obtained a number through NumberBarn and encountered some challenges when attempting to transfer it. The support team provided exceptional assistance, guiding me through the process seamlessly. their kindness and efficiency made what could have been a stressful situation exceptionally smooth.

I bought two numbers and then went for the upsell to move from number barn to number garage and then when i tried to actually use the product and text on their platform i was told i could not do so. i am requesting to have my money returned.

NumberBarn is as advertised! After my father passed away, I didn't want to keep paying for his monthly cell phone just to able to keep his number (which he had had my whole life) NumberBarn offered the perfect solution. Later on, I transferred a second number to their service, and when there was a slight issue with the transfer going through, they were super responsive, communicated daily, and got it quickly resolved. Highly recommend!

I had an issue where I did not see that my credit card on file at NumberBarn had expired. After a number of attempts my account was deleted. It was super easy after emailing support to re-instate the account. Support was fantastic sending a very detailed email and what to do next.
