Unfortunately, as every distributor Novecore has to enforce the rules and guidelines given to us by the stores. In the rejection email you should have been notified about the reason of your rejection and are free to resubmit a corrected version.
If you need additional information about why your release was rejected, please send me an email including the ID or UPC of the release at matthias.merkel@staclar.com

I've requested to transfer my catalog (3 songs). It's been 5 days, I haven't received a response and my tracks are still online with the other distributor. I've tried to contact them on Instagram and whatsapp but I've received no response. It's a shame cause I really like what they offer.
