Rubbish

I bought the magnetic eyelashes from this website. I placed my order on 5th June, my order had no tracking number. I emailed them asking for my tracking number and no response! On 23rd June I had an email confirmation stating my order was ‘out for delivery’..of which it still has not arrived. I have since emailed them a further 2 times asking and demanding a refund and no response back. Their website states ‘24/7’ support...from where!? There is nothing but an email to contact them on and by the reviews on here they do not answer. This is a complete scam, please save your money and shop elsewhere, maybe with some luck you’ll get the item you’ve paid for.

I paid for my order back in May and still no sign of my goods by the end of August.

No phone number to contact and no response to emails. Would never recommend this company.

Wish I had searched reviews before purchasing an item from here. I ordered the Blackhead remover back in June 2020! I still haven't received it only email I got were a confirmation email of my purchase and since then I have heard nothing else. It has now been over 50 days and I still haven't received my item. Nothing but an email to go off for their contact and even when you get in contact with them, they still ignore your emails!!!

If it was possible to give no stars I would have chosen that. My money was taken on June 4th and I’ve still received nothing. I have contacted them several times only to get no reply. It’s awful how companies can do this, at least a reply would be kind

Money taken out my account, product not received

Brought items two months ago no email nothing what a scam do not buy. They say wait 5-6 weeks for delivery but nothing i will be contacting my bank for my money back.

Awful website! Purchased some magnetic lashes a month ago and still have not come. Tried emailing them 3 times and no response!

Awful company. Please do not purchase anything from their fake site. I emailed them with no response. Had to claim my money back through my Bank.
Not worth the head ache. Purchase from a real company and save your money.
No telephone number , no proper email service , no live chat help.
Just pathetic scammers.

I haven’t received my order it’s a complete scam. We should all go to the Small claims court to get our money back!! I’ve tried numerous times to contact them and after first email it said it had been dispatched.

Bought the facial brush. It took over 2 months to arrive and the product is cheap and poor quality. The brush doesn't work when you press it too hard to your skin.
Its weaker than an electric toothbrush. Absolutely avoid!

Wish I had read reviews as well. Ordered polygel kit in April, emailed in July to ask for a refund. No response at all. Novaskin UK you should be ashamed of yourselves!! Don't understand how they still have the nerve to have a website!! A complete scam avoid at all costs!!

Rubbish! Paid for products not received. Why are these people allowed to advertise on Instagram? I wish I had read the reviews before I parted with my money! Avoid this site. No stars

#5660 I HAVE CONTACTED THIS COMPANY ABOUT 20 TIMES OR MORE NOW HAVING TO CONTACT THEM IN REGARDS TO MY ORDER PLACED OVER A MONTH AGO ON THE 10TH JULY 2020 FOR THE SUM OF £41.24 WHICH HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ON 13TH JULY 2020.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER NOR HAVE I HEARD ANYTHING SINCE. IT WOULD BE POLITE IF SOMEONE CAN BE BOTHERED TO RESPOND TO MY EMAIL. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT FOR THE SUM OF £41.24. IF THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR 0 START RATING THEN THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN MY OPTION.
