No quick delivery
The company pretends to be in the Netherlands, but shipping takes for ever. Also the inbox of their voice mail is full and thus there is no one to talk to.
After a week and various e-mails I received an update on the shipping saying that after one week the items had "Arrived at the origin international airport". No city name mentioned. Looking at the address mentioned under "Who are we" it turns out to be a very simple row house in the Netherlands (I added Google Maps street view to show the house, but, understandably, the site does not allow to add links) probably only used as P.O. address to be able to operate within the European Community.
5-10 working days for the delivery. The 10 days have not passed yet. Let's see what happens.
Ho ordinato un vestito da Novalente con tempi di consegna 5-10 gg. lavorativi. Quando non ho notizie dopo 6 giorni (speravo nei 5 gg. :-) :-)) chiamo il numero verde dove viene informato in olandese che il sistema è pieno e che non possono essere registrati ulteriori messaggi. Volevo fare un nuovo ordine, ma volevo prima aspettare l'esito del primo (qualità del prodotto e serietà della compagnia.. esiste?). Novalente dice di spedire solo in Italia, quando vai a vedere dove si trova la società risulta essere in una casetta a schiera nei Paesi Bassi, dove le società aprono delle "società postali" per pagare meno tasse e nel frattempo operano nella Comunità Europea trovandosi fisicamente fuori dall'Europa. Per farlo breve; se tutto va bene il prodotto arriverà. ma con tempi cinesi.
Infatti dopo una settimana ho ricevuto un messaggio che la spedizione ha "raggiunto l'aeroporto internazionale d'origine". Senza nominare di quale città...
