Great friendly staff, helpful and engaged but not overbearing.
Very accommodating staff at NO.TOM; but then again that's the pleasure of going to a music instruments shop and feeling the instruments versus online ordering.
It's the whole experience and NO.TOM got it right.

Great mix of website + human contact = 5* review.
Great to be able to speak to the guys in the shop in the day I bought the guitar (via the website). Once the delivery date was advised I was able to liaise with them to make sure the guitar arrived on a day I would be at home to receive it. Worked a treat!

Fabulous customer service
Delighted with my experience with No Tom Guitars and its proprietor Ron. Left a Lowden F23c in consignment for sale. The sale was prompt and I was regularly updated by Ron. I got an excellent sale price and the money was promptly lodged in my account

I’ve dealt with NTG for years and the experience has always been a good one. All guitars offered for sale set up and ready to go. The store’s vibe and decor is like your lounge from heaven with a welcoming, friendly, pro staff who know their stuff. They look after you well but importantly they know how to treat you as a returning customer this isn’t a sell and move onto the next one style of business. Highly recommended

I ordered the gifts with plenty of time to spare for a friend. the guys reached out right away and let me know there is a back order and offered to refund my money and help anyway. It was just so nice that they were caring enough to reach out immediately. Ultimately everything is arriving in plenty of time. I’m just so grateful for their consideration.

A very friendly staff and people working there.
Hand in two guitars to work and modify for me, a Epiphone BB King Lucille with Seymour Duncan Prails with Trippelshot rings and a Fishman Piezo bridge, complexity rewiring but Jake who worked on it managed to make it work the way I want it...
Gerald who work on my Simon and Patrick 12 string to lower the action is also very good...
Will always recommend them service provided....
