I ordered and did not receive my item.
I ordered 08/12/24 with Royal Mail 48. I received my order confirmation and on 18/12 I emailed them using the email addresses provided on that confirmation, to enquire when I could expect my order to be dispatched. Both of the email addresses provided, bounced my email back. I attempted to contact them via telephone however the phone just says 'all lines are busy now' no matter when you call. On 22/12 I received an email asking me to please leave a google review, I replied to this email and again, it bounced back.

Within that email where they asked for me to leave a review, they stated their new team has helped get them back on track to deliver the level of service they have been lacking over the difficult period of 12 month. If this is an improvement, I would hate to see what service they were providing 10 month ago.

Ordered in November and received confirmation of order. Since then, nothing. You can’t get through on the phone and emails bounce back. From looking at other reviews, there is not much prospect of receiving the goods or a refund. Appalling. Do not order from this company.

I can only echo the other reviews. Goods ordered and paid for, confirmation sent then nothing until asked for a review! Not able to email and no response from their messaging system. My daughter in law loves the products but I will never use this firm again.

Do not order from them. They take the money and then never send the goods. Very sad as they used to be a lovely business and have had lots of orders from them previously. Will be paying their unit a visit next time I am in Alnwick to see if they are still there.

Disgusting like all the other reviews. Cannot contact them and when you do they don’t reply anyway. Take payment and don’t hear a thing from them When chasing your order. Absolutely disgusting.

I wish there was a zero star option. My experience of this company, like that of all recent reviewers, has been appalling. I placed an on line order in the middle of November, I received confirmation, payment was taken - and then nothing. Exactly the same sequence of events as described by others - no goods delivered and it is impossible to make contact via email or phone. And then they contact me to ask for a review!! How do they get away with it? I am so angry - do not make the same mistake that I did. Avoid them like the plague.

So wish I'd read the reviews before placing an order. Had used in the past when they were at their old premises and never a problem. I love their products especially the Holy Island scent. However, placed an order on 8 November 2024 for 3 candles and nothing but the money taken straight away. Tried ringing and emails but no luck. You've been warned!!

I am very disappointed to see that my order placed mid November has not arrived. All emails bounce back , the phone number is not accept
ing calls and the Facebook messenger facility states to email as it's not monitored ( not forgetting all emails addresses linked to you are undeliverable!! ). This is really appalling service and would have to say I am not confident I will get the goods or a refund at this rate. Please get in touch with customers to let them know what is happening

If I could give a minus I would, I booked a workshop and after it being cancelled and lots of non answered communication I raised the issue with my bank only then the owner got in contact with me saying they couldn't refund as I put it in through my bank ... lies lies lies from start to finish, I still have all the emails and messages firstly accusing me of being descrimitory toward her which I did not amd have the messages to prove.. then being overly nice offering me a free session. She still tried to block my refund at the bank again i had evidence she was giving me a refund. It's discusting that a buisness gets away with stealing people's money. Then making themselves bankrupt before changing names and setting up a new scam

I cannot believe I received an email from you asking for me to place a review… the absolute cheek of it, it’s laughable actually seeing as I have not received my order and you’ve taken my payment out of my bank! 😡 I placed an order on the 3rd November 24 and heard nothing from you. I have tried to phone no one answers! I have sent emails all bounce back I have even sent you a message on your contact form on your website. No one has got back to me! You have my order and taken my payment but I have had nothing in return😡
I am very disappointed as I have bought from you for about 4 years… I can’t believe how bad your customer care is now it was never like this!

Do not give any money upfront, workshop and online orders unfulfilled, company impossible to get hold of, answer machine is full from other unhappy customers

Company seems to be run by a corrupt owner. Takes orders. Does not dispatch goods. Does not reply to emails, or takes phone calls.
Avoid, you won't get your money back. If company has stopped trading, note it on your website, stop taking customers money.

Booked a workshop, turned up to be told there was no workshop that day. Was told I would receive my £80 refund but still waiting. Don’t book!!!

Communication is nonexistent!

I ordered online didn't receive my goods but having given the owner a second chance from the previous year I was wiser to her "ways". I was in the area on holiday and so ensured I got my refund by visiting the shop, luckily I hadn't fully trusted her after the year before and so my order was small.
Her accounts seem to have never been submitted and she has been successfully taken to court for a non payment of wages claim. My advice, don't order anything and for those that have then make a claim through your bank. I had to get a refund last year via PayPal.

I placed an order on 27Sep 2024, it’s now 16Oct 2024. I have not had my order. I have tried to call … inbox is FULL. I have sent 5 messages, NO ONE had tried to contact me.

Am I pleased with this service, ABSOLUTELY NOT. And yet they are still advertising.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. You get no response. And after multiple attempts to phone, the one time it is answered, the agreed follow up isn’t made!
I ordered in July for my wife’s birthday. To this day nothing.
I have asked for date to deliver or give me a refund. Nothing. They took my money and do nothing to refund. I am being forced to go to my bank and request a refund. Diabolical.
Having read other comments online, AVOID! Would appear to be a scam. Shame as we had visited the original shop and my wife loved the candles. We will not buy from this company again. Considering my options. I may seek legal redress

Still waiting for a birthday present my husband bought me in July. Company has made all sorts of excuses, doesn’t respond to emails in a timely manner and promises they’ll come back to you and don’t. We’re now looking at having to go through the bank to try and get my husbands money back.
I’ve been a customer for years but it seems to have gone downhill again as it did a couple of years ago but I trusted that it would be back to delivering it’s great products and great service, unfortunately that hasn’t happened.

Please DO NOT purchase any goods or book workshops with this company. I booked a workshop back in August which was cancelled due to staffing issues shortly after booking. I opted for a refund but still waiting. I have tried to contact this company on multiple occasions vis email, social media and telephone. No response. I then wrote a comment on their Facebook post and it was removed immediately. They are trying their hardest to remove any post they deem to be negative, but in reality they are truthful posts made by many people in a similar position - all waiting replies and refunds.

DO NOT use this company.
