Messy service - stay away
We rented an apartment for one month via this company. The reservation process went smooth and efficient. So did "checking-in". Quickly issues arose; there was no dining table (despite being described as fully furnished) so we had to eat our meals in the sofa. Norway Apartments later corrected this. There was no dryer despite the apartment being described as having one. The company later corrected this quite swiftly.
The dish washing machine did not work and the owner had to send a repair man to sort it out.
They claim to change the towels/bed linens once a week. This never happended.
The worst problem was when the electricity company showed up and threatened to cut the electricity unless we signed a declaration to pay. Seemed the owner of the apartment had not paid the electricity bill so we were forced in the middle of that situation.
We can definitely not recommend this company. Stay away and find a more reliable company.
