Car was sold with quite a big pin dent and another dent, even after repeatedly asking if the condition was ok before pick up. Ownership transfer document still not received even after repeated chasing and no response. Sales manager is the worst I have seen recently where either he needs some customer service training or he picks who he wants to speak appropriately. Very rude when we raised about the issue. Currently we have a damaged seat and boot closing which likely getting repaired under Spotify. But when mentioned about issues while pick up. The dealer said it’s fine as it’s old car. We also found seats torn, driver seat position automatically going down slowly even after repeated raise. Norton way garage is the one to avoid. I have travelled 250miles to pick a car and the experience was horrible. Two tyres had barely 3mm thread and other two were provided with some cheap tyres. This electric car with cheap tyres is skidding off the road a few times. Software wasn’t updated while handover so I had organise that to be done.

Not sure when I will receive my ownership documents. I have emailed the garage but no response once car sold.

I purchased a car from this company, and less than a month later, it broke down on my way to work. The RAC towed it back, and since then, the car has had ongoing issues with the engine oil drying up. Despite multiple visits and attempts to fix it, the engine was finally identified as faulty. It has now been over five weeks, and they still haven't gotten approval for a new engine. This delay and poor service have caused significant inconvenience for my family. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I have received.

The worst service I have ever experienced in my life. A number of issues at completion of my purchase which took weeks to fix. This resulted in my windscreen being replaced; which has been installed incorrectly twice. Arranged for the third instal and no one showed and have very literally been ghosted by Darren and Scott since.
Avoid like the plague - no one answers phone or emails, and when they do (with the exception of Darren), you get generic responses with zero apologies for such horrendous service.
Writing a complaint seems to be the only way to get in touch with them, so I hope someone will respond so I can launch a formal complaint.

We’ve recently bought a Peugeot 2008 from Norton Way, and couldn’t be happier at the customer service we received. We dealt with David Mence, who was patient and helpful, with no hard sell. He shared information, gave us space and no pressure to decide and after everything went through, followed up with courtesy calls before we picked the car up. He also followed up with a check-in after we’d had the car for a week to ensure we were still happy. He was a pleasure to deal with and we’d recommend him and Norton Way to anyone wanting to purchase a Peugeot.

The "experiance of buying a car" can never be called "great". These terms are overated.
I wanted to be contacted by email only, but had to provide my mobile number.
However, most of the transaction was by email.
I find car buying very stressfull.
Once I've decided what I want, I need to pay for the car and collect it.
I didn't need a test drive, I didn't need to see the car before collecting it as the chap I was dealing with, Regan, emailed me a video, which, for me was enough.
I also told him that if it wasn't exactly how he had described it, then this review would say so.
I decided to collect the car, in person, having paid for it a week earlier.
I travelled to Hitchin, by train and was collected by Regan, who gave me information about the car, stating that it had been used by the dealership as a demonstration car.
It was spotless, and had that new car smell. Obviously Norton Way Group pride themselves on first appearances. Not only was my car gleaming, but every other used car on display was also presented in the same way. It showed that they care.
Norton Way had also put 2 new tyres on the front, at the managers request, even though it had only done 13,000 miles on Continental tyres.
The bit that I didn't like was the "pestering" that has to happen for additional items, each of which were at additional cost. I had already said that I didn't want any of these add on's, as Regan had already emailed these to me earlier, but "we" had to go through each one, on collection. There were 5 or 6, which took ages, with each one needing a signature scribbled by a sausage finger on a tablet, a signature that was unrecognisable. I was then asked to speak directly to the dealership's insurers to get my complimentary, 1 week fully comprehensive policy, which took another 10 minutes, but was free of charge, allowing me to shop around. A week later I insured the car for 12 months at half the dealerships insurers quotation. Then taxing the car, which was an easier process. I would have thought there was an easier way of taxing it before my arrival, if that was possible.
There are so many new things to learn with a different car but I was keen to get on the road and back home, 130 miles away.
Only problem driving home was tyre pressures. No problem blowing them up to the required level, but the warning light came on within 30 miles of leaving Letchworth. The problem for me will be "reinitialising" the tyres. I've no idea how to do that, but there is a Peugeot dealership in Scunthorpe who I hope will help, for free. The 4 stars reflect my experience.

The car was just what we were looking for good condition and a good price.

Very happy withe the service. I have been kept informed of the progress of the delivery. Still to receive the car but this has nothing to do with the service received from the dealership.
