The people I dealt with were all knowledgeable and helpful with my enquiries and, eventual, purchase of a new car, especially Katie. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Norton Way Honda for your next motor.

I purchased my Honda in Lincolnshire. The car had a known fault with the seat adjustment lever. It was too hard to push to lower the cushion; there was a point of high resistance halfway through the lever's movement and it made a loud cracking sound when going through that point.

The dealer was waiting for the replacement part for the lever to arrive. Their suggestion was, once that is delivered, to collect the car from my house in Herts, get it fixed and then return it to me. This wasn't the most convenient solution for either of us and since the car was on warranty, we agreed that I'd rather arrange a repair locally.

I went to Honda in Letchworth to get this fixed on the 12th of July this year.

I demonstrated the problem to their mechanic. However, much to my suprise, he was adamant that this is not an issue and it's exactly how it should work. The "look, it's really hard to push", "look, it cracks halfway through" and "other cars don't have this problem" didn't work at all. The argument that the passenger seat didn't have this problem either (again, with the demonstration) was dismissed because "it's not under load" (?).

Eventually the conversation got too bizarre and I left.

I've got the lever fixed at another Honda dealer.

The company produced a reasonably good deal and gave me a reasonable price for my car in part exchange. Your employee Katie Hodgkinson was, undoubtedly, the main reason for me giving 5 stars. Katie was very attentive, knowledgable, and extremely helpfull. She took my wife and I out for a test drive and was so encouraging and supportive to my wife, who was rather nervous, as she had not driven an automatic car before. When we decided to buy the Civic, Katie went through everything, giving explanations and making sure we understood. When I collected the car, Katie explained all the important aspects and then helped me set up the infotainment system. Brilliant!

The worse company I have ever dealt with. They push you to buy and call you in a daily basis, the second you buy the car from them they vanish.

Had a car from them and found permanent scratches that were clearly happened before i bought the car because who ever owned it before me tried to clear it with a PEN. Raised it with norton and they never responded until i threatened to escalate it. I was told “according to the snaps we sent you its not there” therefore they ignored again.

I will take legal actions. Just avoid them this is my advise. Never trust their videos

Really not sure what's happened at this dealership but my experience the last time I was here was really disappointing. Booked my car in to have it looked at and they couldn't tell me what was wrong. It took 2 times for me to break down and for the pick up truck mechanic to confirm it was the alternator that had failed. Clearly Honda hadn't even plugged in their computer device to confirm there was no voltage coming from the alternator. Seems they’re only happy taking money off you. I have brought 2 Honda's from this dealership and both times they were very professional and helpful. Doubt I will use this dealership again.
