Same incompetence as N'finity Beauty!
I chose Northmedical's Aarhus clinic because the location and appointment times were convenient. This turned out to be a huge mistake.
They used to operate as N'finity Beauty, and the only thing that's changed is the name. It's still the same trashy clinic with incompetent injectors.
Here's my experience:
Initial treatment (Emilie):
I ended up with Spock brows and forehead "Wi-Fi lines," so I booked a touch-up after the recommended 14 days.
First touch-up (Dominika):
She said it would be an "easy fix" but to come back if it wasn't right. I specifically asked whether I needed to wait another 14 days if I still had issues. She said the additional Botox should take effect within about 5 days. The Spock brows improved, but the Wi-Fi lines didn't, so I booked another touch-up 7 days later.
Second touch-up (cancelled):
An hour before my appointment, the clinic called to cancel, saying it was "too soon" and that I had to wait 14 days. I pointed out how ridiculous this was, considering Botox lasts around three months and I was already spending the first month trying to fix a bad result. Her response was that I was "getting more Botox for free" so I shouldn't complain.
Second touch-up (Emilie):
Emilie told me forehead Wi-Fi lines are common after age 55. I'm not 55. She injected the remaining lines and also added Botox near my eyebrows "to avoid heavy brows."
Over the following two weeks, as the Botox fully kicked in, my eyebrows started looking like handlebar moustaches, my right eyelid felt heavy and started drooping, but that side of my forehead still had movement while the left side was completely frozen.
Third touch-up:
After waiting another 14 days, approaching six weeks with botched Botox in varying degrees, I booked another touch-up with Emilie. When I came for my appointment, she was "in a meeting." Instead, I saw someone who never even introduced herself. She looked at my face, told me it "didn't look bad," and said I'd have to wait three months for the Botox to wear off so they could start over. Like I'd give them another go!
When I asked for a refund or even a discount, she said "no" because I'd already had four appointments.
So, basically, I've wasted my money and a whole lot of time only to experience every possible Botox complication due to incompetent injectors.
I've been getting Botox for 8 years, and this is a first. The optimal outcome is no touch-ups, so I don't understand why they act like I'm getting some big bonus with the multiple touch ups.
Next time, I'll deal with an inconvenient appointment time and less than optimal location.
