Came into Northgate Snodland today to…
Came into Northgate Snodland today to get a bulb changed, Cheryl and Kayleigh were both at the reception desk and they were both exceptionally polite, friendly and extremely helpful, I have this van for business use and have on the past had to deal with other hire companies but never had a positive experience with other companies and specifically requested a Northgate van for the above reasons plus the fact they replaced the build in a matter of minutes. I can’t recommend the company enough and a big thank you to Kayleigh and Cheryl for being so helpful

We operate a large repairs contract and have recently renewed part of the fleet. Kayley and the team great in organising an area for the the team to carry this out. on the lead up to the exchange, they kept us updated on the delivery. We always have vehicles that have repairs and services needed and again Kayley and the team meet expectations on service.

The guys that delivered the car were…
The guys that delivered the car were great. They were polite, courteous and knowledgeable.
The only reason I gave 4 not 5 stars, was the car.
The clutch needs adjusting, the biting point was so high it made the driving experience tiring and hard work.

Excellent service
I am a fleet co-ordinator and work closely with Northgate Snodland on a daily basis. I have always found communication to be excellent, anything I ask seems to be no trouble and they sort out anything needed in a timely manner. Workshop and rental are always helpful giving regular updates and allowing our drivers to carry on their days work with little disruption.

We've been using Northgate for 4 years…
We've been using Northgate for 4 years now and have a large fleet which can be challenging to manage. It's vital that our drivers remain operational and on the road at all times. The team at the Snodland branch always provide an exceptional service in supporting our requirements and working closely with us to ensure vehicles are maintained and rental vehicles are provided in a timely manner to reduce the impact the downtime could have on our business. Jesse Simpson (Branch Manager), Kayley Lacey (Rental Manager), Hayley Skerritt (Key Account Manger) and the rest of the branch and mobile teams always strive to provide a high level of service and nothing is too much trouble. I would be happy to recommend Northgate to anyone, and look forward to continue using their services in to the future.

Our logistics driver had quite a horrific accident in a Northgate Vehicle. There customer services has been great in particular I have been speaking with Debs who has gone above and beyond to help. We really appreciate all her effort especially at a very stressful time.
