Massive improvement with service and efficiency since last used.Gone from repairs being dragged out over multiple days/weeks to same day diagnosis and repair. Even when calling in unannounced. Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Conflicting responses, not sticking to contract terms. Having to constantly chase for a responses back - takes on average a week at a time and only when I escalate it. Still ongoing since January and no further forward.

Northgate sheffield got the job done!
Northgate sheffield were very responsive and quick to help out. We had some issue with sourcing the right van with head office. Spoke to Martin at the Sheffield branch and it was sorted withing 24 hours. Really welcoming and a great service!
