Great customer service from Northgate Birmingham - Gulam.
Great customer service needs recognition. Particularly Gulam. I have previously dealt with Gulam before and he paints a whole new picture for the rental industry when it comes to the trust factor and great customer experience. I called in again due to a van breakdown and immediately knew I was speaking to Gulam when the person on the other end of the line was so professional and genuine. The customer service is great and deserves the recognition. Company vehicles sometimes get looked past and sometimes it feels as if they are not treated as important as a retail booking however not with Gulam. The drivers that also arrive to drop off the vehicles are also great!

Consistently great service
I always receive wonderful service from Selina and the Birmingham team. Having experienced a huge range of rental branches over the 20 years I’ve needed to be around vehicle hire, the team led by Selina is by far the best.

Excellent service
I deal with Northgate on a regular basis, as we have multiple vans on hire to us at Amey Rail & have always found the service from the Birmingham branch to be exceptional, both in terms of the quality of vehicles supplied & the customer service. Whenever any issues arise, they are dealt with in a very speedy & efficient manner, with good communication at all stages of the process. Excellent all round service.
