Samuel Collins of the Northfield Avenue branch of Northfields, did a great job in presenting my property and keeping me informed of progress. Sam worked tirelessly, ensuring that everything that needed to be done was done. Top draw.

Our move had a few major hiccups (through no fault of Northfields) but Edyta and Abraham were excellent throughout, they were open and honest when we had difficult news and worked hard to find solutions for us straight away. I recently sold a shared ownership flat through Northfields and could not have received better service, they were incredible throughout, exceeding all my expectations. I sold my flat with Northfields Estate Agents, using the Ealing branch.
From the very beginning, communication was great. And in my case, this great communication was key.
I dealt with a particularly difficult buyer's solicitor. Leah and Rohan were very efficient at getting things done, seeking the information where needed and keeping everyone up to date.
The process was quite frustrating in my case and Leah and Rohan managed to keep me in full trust with their hard work and dedication for the sale to happen in everyone's interest.

We used Northfields to sell our Shared Ownership flat. They had a steady stream of viewers coming in, during a VERY difficult and competitive market for sellers due to Covid. But in particular, Leah's persistence and hard work once we had found a buyer was priceless. Regardless of the difficulties that come with dealing with solicitors and housing associations, Leah was always on top of what was going on, helping ourselves and our buyer to be on the same page at all times etc. She helped from all angles in making sure that the process kept moving towards exchange, always with full understanding of personal circumstances on both ours and the buyer's side.

Importantly, when the nervous moments came up (and we did have a couple of hiccups because of solicitors and housing association), Leah was always reassuring, using her knowledge of the processes to help keep us sane and explain some of the unfamiliar jargon in plain english to us. She guided us on how to avoid delays, when to make offers on rentals to avoid excess costs etc. Her communication was brilliant and we never felt alone. Honestly - the only person throughout the whole process of selling who we really felt truly supported by. This is the first time we've ever sold, and we've always heard tropes that estate agents are a nightmare - in our case, this couldn't be further from the truth. With all of the costs of selling, our choice of estate agent is the only thing that feels like we have gotten amazing value for money.

On the basis of our experience with Leah, and Northfields more broadly, we have already recommended them to others we know who are thinking of selling. We're renting for a bit next as we're moving further afield, but next time we buy, I also hope we get someone like Leah. I really feel like she does her best to find the best solution for all parties, so that buyer and seller can have a successful exchange.
