DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCUMBAGS
If I could rate this company lower than 1 star i would. This company is filled with liars and scammers. I got approved for a 25k loan was told i only need 1yr of insurance coverage of 1750$ - then i was told i needed to pay for 2 yrs of coverage which would be an additional 1500$, once I paid this i was told the lender had backed out and i was pushed into getting a 30K loan which would need another 500$- even after this i was not given my loan and told a new contract was not needed as my loan had changed from 25k-30k. once i pushed back about the loan not matching the contract my file was escalated to a "supervisor" named Gene. When i finally got in touch with him he said i needed to pay another 700$ - i told him there is absolutely no way i would or could pay that. He said he would get me a sponsor to help. I said great thank you, the following day im told he got me a sponsor and i would be receiving an etransfer that i needed to put into a crypto wallet and send to another crypto wallet. i completed the transaction which was for 950$ not 700. once completed i get a call from Gene saying i have another sponsor for you. He pitched as a benefit to me as i would get this money back in 3 months in addition to my initial $3850 in insurance i have already paid. I kindly said thank you but i respectfully decline please use this sponsor for someone else i dont need the extra money in 3 months. after i said this Gene FLIPPED out screaming at me calling me ungrateful- calling me names - asking how my bf puts up with someone like me and many more very rude things. My file is then escalated to another supervisor named Mary - she assures me i would not need to pay any more money and was appalled by the conversation btwn myself and Gene. Over the weekend i try to get this situation resolved and by monday i am told i now need to pay 802$ to get my loan - i say no , you need to find me a new sponsor or get this fee waived. after this convo with mary i have now not been able to reach her and she wont repsond to my messages or answer my calls. I will be reporting this company to the relevant authorities. They are the scum of the earth.
