Shawn was incredibly helpful as always
Shawn was incredibly helpful as always. The service in that store has always been great. We are not a mill and don't spent an enormous amount of money there, but we are always treated like we are an important customer. Thank you Shawn!

ADAM goes above and beyond for our shop. the challenge we have are time lines to get certain products in. I understand racking is going to require a few weeks or more. Having said that we have been waiting for small things like Milwaukee flip knives for over what seems like 6 weeks. I'm sure its closer to 4 but you get my point. I follow up with Adam and he follows up with the branch.. I would have given a 5 star review if these types of issues were resolved.
