I went in one day to pick up some stainless steel rivets, one guy told me instantly, without checking stock; that they would have to order them in. I thanked him and emailed Jeff and asked him to order me a box; I was surprised when he replied my order was ready. That fact alone left a bad taste in my mouth. I would however like to thank Jeff for his help whenever I need it.

The balance of the brushes ordered were on back order and delivered the following week as we didn't have the full 30 to ship to you.
