Une seule étoile car impossible d’en mettre Zéro!!!! J’aurai voulu pouvoir les évaluer concrètement sauf que je n’ai pas reçu ma montre Apache ainsi que le bracelet commandé en plus!! 98€ jetés à la poubelle! Cartons arrivé ouvert avec plus rien à l’intérieur !!! Photos à l’appui envoyées de suite au transporteur et à North edge !!! Et on ose me soupçonner d’avoir crevé le carton toute seule!!! Comme si j’avais que ça à faire!! Et Merci le cadeau des 18 ans de mon fils!!!! Service client à FUIR!!!! A ce jour toujours aucune solution donnée!!

A couple years of owning but STRAVA synchronisation still NOT working likewise ALARMS

compass never worked, watch not fully water resistant as stated. Start having scratch only after a few days. don't recommend.

I purhased a North Edge 530 about 18 months ago firstly to measure my blood glucose, which it doesv well. It also has an endless set of many many other health feature, so it takes a while to work out what they all do. It also connects to the H band app which gives even more information. I bought mine on lazada in Thailand, it arrive promptly and I have been delighted with it and such a good price too.
I have recently bumped it and lost the winder knob, so have emailed them to see if they respond.

Bought a watch from Northedgeeurope.com, the delivery took longer than expected because somehow they forgot to send out the watch and only after i asked them about the watch, they sent it to me. Finally i got the watch, but it turned out to be too big for my wrist, so i wanted to return it and get a refund, i followed their instructions, sent an email, and to this day i never got a response, i still have the watch and trying to sell it, but nobody will buy it for the full price so even if I manage to sell it, i will lose money. Would not recomend buying anything from this website.

A month ago I bought a watch on AliExpress and until today it has been sent to me. After dozens of requests to explain the situation, I did not receive any sensible answer. Please help.

J'ai une crossfit 3 depuis 15 jours, achetée 50€ fdpin chez Ali.

A l'exception de la boussole dont l'orientation varie fortement suivant l'angle du poignet, les autres capteurs sont tous très précis. J'ai eu une Fenix 5 qui ne faisait pas mieux.
GPS, altitude, pouls et O2 sont fiables, rien à redire.

L'altimètre barométrique est réactif, ce qui permettrait probablement d'ajouter une fonction dédiée au vol libre, voir même un variomètre pour concurrencer Suunto.

Il manque une fonction de calibrage de l'altimètre baro, soit en automatique via l'altitude gps, soit en manuel (QNH).

Au rayon des lacunes, et toujours concernant l'altitude (gps ou baro peu importe) : Il est vraiment très dommage que les cumuls de dénivelés n'apparaissent ni dans les stats fournies par la montre ni dans l'appli Zeofit. Ce sont des informations essentielles dans de nombreux sports (Running, rando, vélo, etc).
L'appli propose toutefois de lier la montre à Strava ou Google Fit, qui permettent de consulter les cumuls de D+ et - mais ça ajoute de la complexité inutilement.

La montre et l'appli sont vraiment biens, c'est même incroyable vu le prix.
Télécharger l'appli Android sur le site Europe de la marque si vous avez acheté en Chine (Tout en bas de page)

J'enlève une étoile pour le manque d'aide à l'utilisation et l'appli non signée qui provoque des messages d'alerte. Il faut se débrouiller quoi.
Pour faire marcher toutes les fonctions celà m'a pris pas mal de temps alors qu'avec une doc "Quick start" correcte ça prendrait 15mn.

Il y a des options à cocher dans l'appli pour recevoir les notifications SMS, WhatsApp et autre.
Je suis parapentiste et XCtrack envoi bien les notifications, pas encore utilisé en vol. Pas forcément utile vu qu'en mode "crosseux" j'ai mes appareils de vol, à voir en mode "ultralight", mais en général c'est pour plouffer donc inutile aussi, mais c'est rigolo que ça fonctionne.

Je galère encore avec Bluemail qui ne fait pas les notifications d'emails, mais ça n'a rien à voir avec la montre ni son appli, c'est dans Bluemail ou Android que ça coince... Suis pas trop geek :/

Pas de soucis pour contrôler le player de musique du smartphone.

Elle affiche l'heure quand on la regarde, s'éteint quand on baisse le bras.

L'autonomie est bonne.

La qualité d'affichage excellente.

Bref, très satisfait.
Je croise les doigts en espérant une mise à jour de l'appli pour combler les lacunes évoquées précédemment...

j'ai une montre north edge apache depuis quelque années aucun probleme.

This watch sucks. Got it for my 15th B-day this year, ran with it, hike, ect. The temp/altitude screwed up and I said as long the time work and everything else do I should be fine. And today it dose not work, the time is fading and everything does not work. Had the watch for 2 months and it is crap. Wish I could resend the watch so the company can see what the problem is and fix it.

I want to warn anybody thats interested in this brand to not bother buying any of their products, the after sale customer care is non existent an no matter who you contact nothing will come of it. I wish i could give them a minus star rating. Spending so alot of money on a product an nobody wants to help when you need help. Not even this lily person thats there marketing manager is of no use. Rather save up an buy from a trusted an worthwhile brand

Ordered my watch then nothing happened. No watch, no contact with customer service if they even do exist and for sure no refund on my money. It a scam so please avoid

I feel somewhat guilty after the terrible reviews. I swim everyday day with the North Edge Bravia, have had no problems. Keeps excellent time. Only comment would be is that the watch is heavy, not for a small wrist.

J’ai acheté deux montres de cette entreprise, la première avec un double affichage, montre militaire FLOAT, avec installation d’une application pour connecter la montre au Smartphone, l’heure avec les aiguilles fonctionne toujours, toute l’autre partie numérique avec l’application mal foutue n’a presque jamais fonctionné.
Seconde montre acheté GAVIA 2, très belle montre, je l’ai porté 4 fois en 6 mois, puis à la cinquième je prends la montre et rien ne va plus, rien ne fonctionne, je change la pile au cas où, mais non tout le mécanisme électronique et numérique déconne complètement, la boussole n’en parlons pas, je contacte la marque en chine, très serviable ils me demandent de leur envoyer la montre sous garantie, ce que je fais, près de 30 balles pour renvoyer la montre, au final la montre n’arrivera jamais, car les douanes chinoises ont demandé 20 balles en plus au vendeur pour des taxes, qu’il n’a pas payé.
Finalité, si vous voulez perdre un peu d’argent, achetez ces montre éphémères qui ne durent que quelques mois.

Bought this watch 7 months ago and the only useful thing about it is that it reads time correctly but other than that it's crap first of all the altimeter is way off i live at sea level .....well just under it I'm at -3m but the watch shows between +14 up to +80 meters 😂 or sometimes between -12 up to -30 that's the sea bottom 😂 second the compass needs daily re calibration so if you go hiking after a day ....well your lost and barometer doesn't work correctly either....so in my opinion it's a piece of crap i wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy the only thing it's useful for is telling time and date....o before i forget the light works fine to ....if it's dark enough 😂😂 and before someone tells me it needs to be calibrated......I've done it probably 30+ times already , it holds for about 24 hours and then it starts giving wrong measurements again and after 48 hours it's WAY Off again so don't bother telling me it needs calibration

Clearly the worst experience I had. I was recommended the smart Watch Sport attività Fitness ECG PPG by a friend. Ordered it through Ali Express, received it on march 11th. I could never connect the watch to 5 devices and contacted their customer service on March 13th and was asked to send videos and photos about the issue which I sent. They contacted me on whatsApp on March 18 and kept asking for photos and videos which I sent. On april 1st my message was : there's a problem with the watch itself. Can we replace it?...the answer was YES...please give me your order number. On May 8th I still didn't receive anything and asked for an update. I had no answer through whatsapp but did eventually through their shop saying that "The message does not indicate that we will send you a new watch"... I made the mistake of trusting them and should have opened a dispute through Ali Express (They gained as much time as possible so I couldn't do it any longer).
I'm sure their product are good and the one I received had issue but they cannot be trusted...Beware

I'm strongly don't recommend products of this brand. My digital watch broken down after one year and two months of using. Water got inside. The quality of waterproof is very low. I use to swim only at swimming pool. Not diving to 50 m. The seller ignore my inquiries and suggest to buy a new one.
Their products should be sold as children's toys.

Not worth paying the extra U$20 for 5-7 days shipping...It's been 19 days ( 15 open days ) watch still not here. Send an email asking to refund the U$20.00, but no response. On the site, order was tagged as completed the day after. I'll do a refresh when and if I receive.
