PIECE OF CRAP
I spent €500 on a Normonde cooker. Its broken twice within the two year guarantee . Same fault both times. The element is not good quality. Customer service has been appalling. I know my legal rights but Normonde has insisted I accept multiple repairs of the same fault. I believe this is in clear breach of my rights as a consumer to expect goods I purchase to be suitable for use. The law states I don't have to accept multiple repairs of a fault and should not be inconvenienced. Normonde customer service insist I have to accept repairs 3 times which clearly breaches my rights !
I'll never buy Normonde again and I will never recommend the brand to anyone. Customer service is appalling and denied me my legal rights !

Terrible Product and Service
2 ovens in 3 years and broken again, first oven lasted 12 months, 2nd oven just over 2 years and service rep wont honour any warranty, terrible product and even worse customer service.

Bought a Nordemende range 921X arrived…
Bought a Nordemende range 921X arrived in a timely manner. came with natural gas jets on and with bottled gas jets spare been using for a few weeks now, no problems at all electric oven is excellent all modes works correctly, the gas hob after changing to bottled gas jets works a treat.the storage drawer is good. Only downside it would have been nice to have a digital clock on it. It dose have a analog timer. I would recommend this to all great price too.

The Warranty team & Customer Service
The Warranty team, haven't been able to come out for the past 3 months. Excuses after excuses. Cancelled appointments after cancelled appointments. So I recommend to find a better company, who have a better warranty service. Telephone number impossible to find and get hold on to someone.

Bought a Normende CTEC61BK and it keeps breaking.....
Bought a Normende CTEC61BK out of Powercity.
Going on it's 3rd element in in less than 20 months.
Not fit for purpose with poor quality elements, first one lasted 6 months and 14 months on the second, it's only used once a day for an hour or so
Had a Belling before for 10 years and only needed 2 elements.
Wouldn't buy Normende again I'm out of waranty in 2 months because I forgot to register online.
When this element goes It's going to the recycling centre hopefully get something more reliable not much fun having no oven when your waiting for engineers to call to fix it again and again.
Better quality needed Normende.

The problem with KAL and Nordmende dishwasher
The problem with KAL - Nordmende distributor - and the 136.20 for the Electricians report I had to product was still not refunded Despite two electricians and the engineer saying the problem was with the dishwasher. As I said to KAL and Power City there have been no problem with the electrics since then.
