Dear Göran, thank you so much for your five-star review — and please accept our apologies for the late reply. You are right in suspecting that shipping costs affect the price. All products first come from their country of manufacture (in your case Finland) to southern France, from where they are sent to the customer, i.e. you, in Sweden. We are glad you ordered despite this unfortunate fact.

Service fiable et de confiance. Comptez une quinzaine de jours environ entre la commande et la réception du colis (me concernant via Mondial Relay).

Livraison rapide après approvisionnement effectué - bien emballé - certains produits peut-être un peu chers mais cela peut se comprendre au vu du circuit de commande - d’autres produits pourraient être en format plus grand je pense à Happakorppu - dans l’ensemble large choix dans tous les produits et des prix raisonnables

Everything was fine until I was given a notice the day of that I was supposed to receive my package from Nordic that I had to pay an extra $50 shipping that should’ve been at the beginning. There should not have been a surprise of that large amount.

Just to clarify: this extra charge was not an additional shipping fee, but a U.S. import duty determined by U.S. Customs. These charges are collected by the U.S. authorities upon arrival of goods from abroad, and unfortunately we have no influence over them. They are not set—or received—by us.
We always strive to make our customers’ experience as clear as possible, and we will review our communication to ensure this information is even more visible in the future.
