Ich bin mit Nordic Tattoo Supplies absolut zufrieden. Besonders positiv finde ich, dass man unkompliziert über WhatsApp kommunizieren kann und sehr schnell eine Rückmeldung bekommt. Der Kontakt ist freundlich, unkompliziert und man bekommt nicht einfach nur eine kurze Standardantwort, sondern es wird tatsächlich versucht, das Problem zu verstehen und eine Lösung zu finden.

Ich hatte zuletzt ein Problem mit einem Critical Akku, den ich nun im Rahmen der Garantie einschicken musste. Ich habe mein Problem geschildert und es wurde sehr schnell aufgenommen und bearbeitet. Kurz darauf bekam ich bereits eine UPS-Rücksendenummer, sodass ich den Akku problemlos einschicken konnte und der Garantiefall jetzt bearbeitet wird.

Auch bei Fragen oder wenn man bei einem Produkt einmal etwas missversteht – was bei technischen Produkten natürlich passieren kann – bekommt man kompetente Unterstützung und Hilfe. Genau so stelle ich mir Kundenservice vor.

Dazu kommen für mich faire Preise und ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Bisher hatte ich keinerlei Probleme mit Nordic Tattoo Supplies und bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem gesamten Ablauf. Schnelle Kommunikation, freundlicher Kontakt und vor allem das Gefühl, dass sich tatsächlich jemand um das Anliegen kümmert.

Von mir daher ganz klar 5 Sterne und eine absolute Empfehlung! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

10/10 customer service! I had issues with UPS delivery, and Tiia was super helpful with shipping updates/re sending my order. Response time was super quick and friendly, so it didn’t take too long to fix the issue! Would highly recommend :)

I had problems with a brand new Cheyenne Hawk Spirit, Black with 25mm Grip + PU-III Power Supply.

I sended the grip for repair because it had some big problems but PU worked fine, they said it was the best to send the whole orginal package so i did.

I did send all before guarantee-time and they were taking 4 MONTHS with struggle to repair it in Germnay!!

After all, they say they open my sealed repair-package to check that everything worked.

AND WHAT I GOT WAS A DEFECT PU-III back!!
And I don't even know if the grip was repaired, all this is a big scam since they don't care about it.

I have to contact the consumer protection authorities to solve this now, and a police report.

I think any store can have great deals, but you find out what a supplier is really like when an issue comes up and you have to deal with customer service. In my experience, Nina's response via email was incredibly fast; she guided me through resolving the situation and offered great solutions. In less than a week, I had a replacement product, even though I live on the other side of Europe. I will definitely buy from Nordic again with absolute confidence, knowing they provide excellent customer service. Thank you very much for your help!

Les prix sont très abordables, même en tenant compte des frais d’envoi, et la qualité des produits est au rendez-vous (j’ai acheté des piercings).
J’ai rencontré un petit souci avec UPS, qui refusait pour une raison inconnue de livrer à mon adresse. Heureusement, le service client m’a rapidement contacté : l’échange a été simple, rapide et très agréable. Ils ont trouvé une solution efficace et j’ai pu récupérer mon colis en point relais.
Franchement, je recommande à 100 % !

Really great customer service. I was wondering a bit if it was worth writing because I needed advice on the cam. The responses to emails were quick and specific. I'm waiting for the delivery, I hope everything will be fine. The first impression (most importantly) is very positive. Best regards.

Olen monesti tilannut korviksia yksityishenkilönä perheelleni. Aina on saanut mitä tilannut ja jos jotain puuttuu tai on väärä, asiat saanut hoidettua nopeasti ja helposti.. Todellakin suosittelen vaikka ei ole yritys näkökannalta kokemusta. Työntekijät ovat olleet mukavia ja kohteliaita. Antaisin useamman tähden jos voisin.

Last week I ordered the axys valhalla (end of summer discount). Saved me about 100 euro's. Got the machine 2 days later including some nice gummi bears ;-) Perfectly boxed and a great machine so far. So a bit late, but anyway. This guys are the best. i've placed an order which had some problems with the payment method. Contacted them, super quick response. Annika, immediately solved the issue. The shipping was very quick, the products were packed with care, however i've noticed some drops of green soap in the box. I think the delivery guys made some mistake, nothing to important anyway.
Plus there were 2 packs of gummy bears in the box.
This is what i call customer care.
As soon as I need new supplies I will order again from them. Much respect.

I ordered a bunch of supplies from this company. One of the items was damaged (caused by delivery company). I wrote a email with some photos of the broken item, which they responded immediately to. They shipped a new one which is perfect and protected even better. I’m very satisfied😊
