He conseguido que el Banco me devuelva los 54 € que me estafaron por la famosa escalera.
Preguntad en vuestro Banco, Yo solamente tuve que enviar al director de mi sucursal todos los correos que tenía reclamándoles que me enviasen lo que había pedido.

Sono rimasto molto deluso e scontento perché non mi e mai arrivato il mio ordine del smart calender, richiedendo ben 2 volte e alla fine non ho sentito nulla e in più non ho ricevuto nessun rimborso ladri

Wrong item delivered and when contacted them, they apologised and promised to resend the original item which has not been received. Now they no longer respond to any emails.

You order a family organizer and you get a pail of fake pods. Write to customer service and they fake reply that they are investigating. Then they when you try to contact them again asking for updates they pretend to don't know and you have to restart to explain from scratch. GEARHUTSTORE are the same people. Do not fall for their scam

Scam company. Paid for ladders, received some cheap fake AirPods.

Yo tampoco recibí la escalera y ni siquiera los auriculares de consolación. Por supuesto, no hacen caso. Lamentable que no se pueda hacer nada con esta gentuza que se ríe de la gente y compra yates que atracan en Puerto Banus con nuestro dinero.

This company will take your money and send you a random piece of tat, when you tell them the wrong item was sent they will "investigate" apologise and say they are sending the correct item. You won't get this item or the item you actually ordered and they will not communicate when you ask for a refund!

Una estrella porque no puedo poner cero. Pedí una escalera y me mandaron unos cascos. Les escribes para reclamar y te siguen la corriente diciendo que lo arreglaran y te mandaran la escalera. Continúan unas semanas haciendote creer que te lo mandan hasta que dejan de responder. Una estafa, no compreis nada.

Son unos estafadores.
Compre una escalera con fecha 13/09/2025.
Con fecha 03/11/2025 me llegan unos auriculares.
Se reclama y me contestan pidiendo disculpas y diciendo que me enviarán la escalera.
Al día de hoy, 22/11/2025, no he recibido la escalera.

It seems I am also a victim of these scammers. ordered the ladder, sent crappy ear pods. Various emails sent and response has been apologetic and provided some phony tracking number. I went to their site from a link in Tiktok, raised an issue with Tiktok.

I ordered some step ladders 3 months ago. They said they'd been delivered, I got in touch with the courier firm they have had no knowledge of this order. Nnqoto got back to me when I told them and said the couriers had lost them apologised and said they had sent some more. They gave me a tracking number but not the name of the couriers. I have emailed them twice in the last 2 weeks asking for it but with no reply. Don't expect a delivery it's just a scam

Ordered ladders, received headphones, all apologetic, will resend, nothing received but they insist the tracking shows it was signed for.
Have you checked your letter box and around the property in case they have been hidden away they said!
For ladders! They are a joke.
I have insisted on a refund but they have stopped comms.
Only buy from these if you like the feeling of being conned!

This place took the money for two planners screens 32 inch and 26 inch
Then sent me a set of cheap and nasty earpods instead ive sent countless emails with proof of what they sent pictures and packaging

Una estafa, he pedido una escalera y me han entregado unos auriculares que no necesito y evidentemente mucho mas baratos que la escalera, intento realizar contacto y no contestan

Me ha pasado lo mismo que a mi tocayo Enrique.
He Comprado una escalera tres días antes (02.09.2025) que él y me han enviado igualmente unos auriculares inalámbricos los muy golfos estos. Será su manera de Estafar mas de 50,00€.

Compré una agenda inteligente y nunca me llegó. Les escribí un correo porque la supuesta página de la empresa de transportes (desconocida al principio) ponía que el artículo estaba entregado. Me contestaron que la empresa era CTT. Busqué en la web mi envío y pedía un número de 22 cifras. A mi de China me enviaron un número de seguimiento de 10 cifras con lo cual ha sido imposible localizarle. Les envié de nuevo otro correo pidiendo el famoso número de 22 cifras y desde entonces no volvieron a contestar. Una estafa.

He comprado una escalera y me han enviado unos auriculares bluetooth. Estafa total!!!
