Order two items on September 19,2024, Order #2df89j. It is October 22,2024 and still have not received my items. I was texted a website to tract my order and it is closed down. Product is as defined on the website. The fabrics are nice weight and feel comfortable. My only wish is that they had a Petite Line. I would like the tops a little shorter in length. The pants to the set I ordered are not slim enough in the legs; especially the thigh is very wide.

Had a cart full of items, typed in the discount code provided at the beginning of shopping only to be told it didn't exist or was expired. Cancelled the entire order because it sent up a red flag. Read the reviews and feel like I missed a speeding bullet. Not much honesty going on here.

I am trying to return two dresses that don't fit, and in addition are made of fabric that is of much cheaper quality than the ad indicates. cost $79.89 They haggled and offered to give me $35 total AFTER I pay for mailing to Dubai. Why would I trust them at all? I don't. I will not go along with this fraudulent practice, and will refuse to pay the credit card charge. I wish I could alert everyone to stay away from this company even though the ads are enticing.

I ordered 5 womens tops using the sizing chart they provided. Once received, I tried on one of the tops and it was nowhere near the size I needed. I contacted the company as directed to get a return authorization. My total purchase amount was $167 and change. They responded to my request with an offer to give me $29 for my inconvenience if I would keep the tops. I responded that the tops did not fit, and no reason for me to keep them. Again I requested an authorization to return. After 2 additional exchanges with them offering me ever-increasing amounts to keep the clothes (the largest being $89), they finally provided a return address in Dubai, UAE. Their website says they are a U.S. company based in South Carolina. Nowhere do they tell you they are in Dubai. I paid $75 at USPS with tracking plus, just to make sure I could track the package. I originally mailed my package on 7/27/24. It arrived at Dubai customs on 8/4/24 and apparently cleared customs on 8/5/24. It's now 8/30/24 and I still have yet to receive a refund. These people are thieves as far as I'm concerned. I urge people not to give them your hard-earned money! UPDATE: After filing a tracking inquiry with USPS International department, I was advised my return package was refused by the addressee. I am now going to my credit card company to file a dispute. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!
