I wish I had seen these reviews! It's been two weeks since ordering boots from them. Have no idea where they are. After seeing these other reviews I'm not looking forward to going through customer service. So annoying. Will not buy from them again that's for sure!

I place the order at the end of November have yet to receive my order I have called customer service on several occasions cannot get anyone to answer the phone after about 30 to 35 minutes of holding. They have a customer service email supposedly and I have sent several emails and no one has returned any of my emails. I placed three orders of boots I want all of my money back this is the worst customer service ever. One of the orders supposedly it was delivered and it wasn’t delivered and it states that in my UPS tracking. It was Lost or delivered at the wrong address also it states that it was sent back to the sender.

My shoes have not shipped 2 weeks after I ordered. I have contacted customer service 3 times and had to hold at least 45 minutes before a rep answered. I have been told every time that they are behind due to Black Friday and that my shoes will ship. I tried to call back yesterday and hung up after I was on hold for 1 hour and 5 minutes! I am so mad and I need these shoes!!

This was an extremely annoying experience. The customer service rep , Ruby refused my refund request and stated that refunds can only be done after an item ships. It clearly states on the website that cancellation can take place prior to shipment. She referred the situation Jentry , team leader, for clarification. Why? Its stated on the website. Additionally, I waited 22 mins on hold to speak to a rep and it took a total of 45 mins to handle this mess with no resolution when I got off the call. I had to ask the rep to find out Jentry’s last name, so that I can report this incident correctly. That took another 10 mins to find out her name is Jentry Strong . This was absolutely ridiculous. Never again . Take your business else where. Nine-west is poorly managed. Don’t stress yourself .

Paid for boots Aug 12th - noted backordered till 9/13. No email updates and now 9/28. Unable to communicate with Nine West. I can't even cancel the order at this point and get my money back. Nine West has horrible customer service.

I have bought three pairs of shoes and after wait many days . I have received today two different horribles shoes by their mistake . Shoes that I have never asked for and unfortunately the ones that I have asked they don’t have my size anymore . Don’t waste your time with this store this is a piece of trash .

Purchased a pair of shoes on 08/05. Shoes were supposed to ship 08/10. They still have not left the warehouse and today is 08/24. This company is trash. You cannot cancel the order. And the customer service is powerless. 4 days after I contacted them via email, they responded and said they’d let me know when my shoes were on the way. I needed these for an event. By the time I receive them, they’ll be out of season. I will never place an order with these folks again. Horrible business practices.

I bought a new pair of shoes it’s been 2 weeks and both are already cracking for the high price tag that is ridiculous.they have no warranty.

It’s been 3 months since i’ve placed my order and haven’t received any updates or anything. Not sure if they will send me the shoes i paid for.

I brought a pair of pumps and after 2 months the heels have started to peel! The RRP for these are $169! At this price they should never peel! I have $20 heels that haven’t peeled. After contacting the complaints department I got told it was ware and tare.

Nine West is the worst company to deal with, not only are their prices ugly they are quick to take your money but will never help with a lost package.
Ordered shoes for my daughters graduation and they never got delivered. 2 days to the graduation they claim they have to wait an additional 3 days before putting in a claim and that they will not replace the items and will not expedite shipping even if I reordered. The supervisor refused to speak to me and told the rep to tell me they can issue a gift card and not a refund. This is the 2nd time they have botched an order and will never take responsibility. The worst customer service experience.

Legit looks like a cheap old navy or payless shoe. The nude flats have a faux wood finish on the heel. LOL Omg. I was just shocked at the quality. They also charge a $7.50 re-stocking fee and deduct from your return!

Will not be ordering ever again due to quality and customer service issues.

Nine West has been my go-to shoe palace for many years! I wear a size 5 and Nine West is the only shoes I can find in my size! The shoes are beautiful and comfortable and last FOREVER! Simple, sleek, stylish. I love the Tatiana heels. I have them in at least 4 colors! I highly recommend Nine West for anyone looking for a great pair of shoes for special occasions or everyday wear. I am in my heels 8+hours a day and my feet never hurt. Shoes come in wide, too.

I am absolutely shocked to see the awful quality of 2 pairs of ankle boots I got in the post yesterday from Nine West, I took it for granted they would be good quality ,the fit is absolutely shocking as well. It says made in China on them also which I'm not sure where they actually make them but if I tried these on in a shop I would absolutely not have bought them they are that poor.also I bought from an Irish shop on sale but they had the English full price on them which was also comparible misleading lie , never again will I buy from this brand as the quality is so bad ,thankfully I bought from a reputable shop so they will refund no problem when they reopen

I placed and order almost 2 months ago. I called a month ago and was promised it would be shipped. I called back today and asked to speak with a supervisor he advised me the order was marked fulfilled and now its out of stock...customer service was rude and kept giving me excuses. I waited 2 months to get a refund. Ive been a long time customer and Im so disappointed... my experience was terrible and if I could score lower than a 1 I sure would. Mr. Kelly issued me a refund and a price match but I would have to give my card number over the phone to do so. No one in this company understands the customer is what builds and sustain a company not lies.

Horrible customer service! Reps are dishonest and poorly trained. I will take my business elsewhere. It has become too much of a hassle to constantly call in and complain about pricing errors etc...

I have place order NW-560088 on Nov 27 for preorder boots due to ship on dec 11.Still haven't received any info when they were going to ship it and will I get it before Christmas. I spoke to 3 different people over the past week.But Chloe was so rude.I asked for her supervisor she said he/she wasn't available.I ask for a refund and she was like no.I use to love ninewest ,know I'm just very disappointed. I am so done.

The shoes are great. The customer service is horrible, so buy at your own risk! 1) Nine West is an online shoe retailer, but it charges a restocking fee. That’s a bad business practice. 2) I recently purchased a pair of shoes that were sale. Nine West took too long to ship my order and oversold the color and size after I purchased. This shoe is sold in nearly 30 colors. It’s popular. Therefore, I rightfully told Nine West I wanted the discounted purchase price honored and wanted to select another shoe in a different color but in the same style and size that I originally purchased. That only makes sense and it’s good customer service. Well Nine West hasn’t responded. 3) They make it difficult to redeem reward points and don’t give you the 30% discount for accumulating rewards as they claim. Once you earn 3000 points, you become a 9W Rewards VIP and should get 30% of your entire order. I’ve reached the 3000 tier 5x over (that’s how much I’ve spent), but I’m still waiting on my 30% for each time I’ve reached it..... 4) I constantly have to email customer service for support regarding various orders and the company honoring its reward policy. If Nine West is going to charge a restocking fee, the least it could do is actually honor its reward policy, but I digress. Nine West merges customer support emails regarding different orders which causes confusion. Don’t do that.

I normally don’t write negative reviews, but had to in this situation. The shoes are nice, but the consistently horrible customer service, snail shipping, and restocking fees are clear indicators Nine West does not value its customers. So again, buyer beware.

I've spent A LOT of money... I have spent over $400 with Nine West in the last month, for this to be the second time I've been inconvenienced and it was not my fault! This is unacceptable! Completely unacceptable! I had to pay out of pocket for the last order I received because I was given the incorrect return information, now this?! Something else needs to be done! I do not intend to shop with Nine West or purchase any Nine West products every again after this SECOND unacceptable resolution, so a gift card that was offered to me will not suffice.

I don't care if I have to take this matter to corporate as well as the unsatisfactory lack of resolution and compensation from the first order of almost $300 that I purchased, but something else needs to be done. I just placed another order 2 nights ago, and had I known this would be the case, I NEVER would have ordered from you all again. I hate this company and the lack of quality service and resolution that's been provided, especially to a customer who has gone out of their way to support this business.

Who is the next person higher up that I need to speak to?

I would give 0 stars if I could!!! On November 19, I made a purchase on ninewest.com for 2 pairs of Quizme Platform Boots (one in black and the other in brown). I completed the order by doing the payment and my money got taken away immediately - most trustworthy websites don't do that, they wait until the order is processed, shipped and/or even delivered!
Anyway that was a first red flag, then I waited to receive a confirmation email... I did NOT get one. So I called customer service and asked why, and they said the email I told them on the phone did not match the one they had for the order (which is quite weird, since I wrote down my email address during the checkout - second red flag!). Once I got my tracking number after that conversation, I discovered they had somehow not only altered my information, but one of the items as well! I called costumer service again and spoke to another representative asking why I was about to be delivered the wrong item and if I could send it back as soon as it got it. They REFUSED! on the basis that this item they changed from my order that they're sending me is in "final sale" and can't be returned. As a petite person with a very small frame, I would never buy the "Wide Calf" version of the same product as you all can imagine; I ordered the SAME boot in different colours NOT different styles! This is a straight up scam!
There is something fundamentally wrong with this website for this many errors to occur in one purchase and the company clearly DOES NOT CARE about their clients. So BUYERS BEWARE!
I would 100% advice people not trust this website and to save their money and not make the mistake I made of choosing this Brand.
Will definitely not buy from them again.
I wish I had read the review on here before buying from their website!
