Garrick Theatre sale of tickets
I had booked to go to the theatre with my wife this week but due to illness we could not go.
The illness coincided with with the day we were due to go to a matinee. I emailed the Garrick Theatre who managed to sell the tickets and the refund is on its way.

Today I booked tickets for Hadestown for Saturday in error Ruth in customer services helped me exchange for Sunday as I was having issues on the website, extremely courteous despite my silly error and very quick in making the exchange.
Could not thank her enough for her rapid response in dealing with my problem as I was in fear of having to cancel completely.

So many companies could learn a lot about how customer services should be - Derek and Ruth were the shining stars I spoke to. So knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them. They also showed their human side rather than being robotic and following a script. Amazing people working for an excellent company.

I luckily was gifted some theatre tokens so needed to book tickets either in person or via phone rather than on-line.
The person completing my booking (I’m very sorry I didn’t get her name) was very helpful, polite, read all my booking details back to me and booked the tickets quickly. She took the 3 long voucher numbers from the theatre tokens and read them back to me to ensure they were inputted correctly and the whole transaction was easy, smooth and straightforward. The chat was fun and it was an enjoyable conversation. Thank you

I dealt with both Ellen and Derek at Nimax theatres last week and both were friendly and went out of their way to help me in a difficult situation.
I was out of pocket due to a Ticketmaster error and despite this not being their direct problem, once contacted they were helpful, informative and went above and beyond to find a resolution to my problem.
