SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!!
The seller misrepresents the availability of items (in stock). The website does NOT give accurate availability. They SHALL AND WILL delay your delivery by as much as SEVERAL WEEKS!!!! KEEP that VERY CLOSELY IN MIND!

I had ordered reflections ink for our company and I am now having issues with it. I called to try and see why this was happening. The person I spoke with was Gary who claimed to be the RMR Manager. I did't ask for anything and was not looking for anything other than some answers. The ink is still 3/4 full and when I print it leaves red dots down the side of the page. Obviously we can not use it or "deal with it" in a professional setting. Gary became belligerent and verbally abusive. I tried to call back to speak with someone else and explained I didn't want to speak to Gary for those reasons and they still transferred me to his voicemail. This company has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE and is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! If you choose to make any purchases with them... do so at your own risk!

I ordered a new TV at the normal price, and received my order confirmation. 24 hours later I got an email saying the price had gone up and they wanted to charge me $280 more. They gave me an ultimatum... I either needed to pay them $280 more, or my order would be cancelled. I replied and said I already had a purchase confirmation, and if they still had the product, they should send it. They canceled my order with the reason "Customer Requested Cancellation". So I ordered the same TV for an even lower price from an Amazon seller, ...after 3 days of waiting on Nextwarehouse. However, I truly feel that I dodged a bullet. If their fulfillment process is that bad, I'd hate to see how they handle returns.

“Placed an order for thousand of dollars worth of graphic cards back on December 2017, 2 weeks later I was told they were on back order (which I was fine with) after months of calling them multiple times for a status, they canceled my order without notice and the owner told the customer rep to tell me that if I wanted the order fulfill, I had to pay the current price which is almost double now. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, This hole in the wall of a business will not follow through with your order and will rip you off!! Please read all the bad reviews on the web.”

I ordered PC component from nextwarehouse.com and its show up this product in stock.Now its been 12 days and still not shipped yet!

"TERRIBLE company to do business with! I placed an order 4 weeks ago. They still insist that the order has shipped but cannot provide a tracking number or proof of shipment. After waiting 4 weeks for the order to arrive I told them to just cancel the order and refund my money. They said that's not possible until the package gets to me and either refuse it or return it to them. WHAT PACKAGE?! It's been 4 weeks and they still cant even provide a tracking number for it, who knows when if ever it will show up. CRAZY company. AVOID at all costs!!!!"

So I made a 3000$ Order with nextwarehouse. Well I didnt check the reviews before I ordered... Doh!!! I never due this but the prices were to good to pass up! So I make my order then I see the Reviews, My stomach sank. I ordered on a Friday around noon my time. Monday came around and I receive and email stating some items were special order and could not be returned and I needed to agree to this before they would process my order. My stomach sank. I agreed and later that day I called them. Promptly answered and a wonderful lady spoke to me. She assured me the items were in stock and all was well. A few more days went by and pieces of my order started shipping. Bit by bit it all showed up tightly packed signature on delivery. Turns out the special order was exactly what it meant. It was in stock but not with them.(This is where many people have left bad reviews due to price changes as a lot of what they sell come from other distributors.) I called again the next Friday and spoke to the same representative. She was polite as before and told me the rest of my order would be shipping the next week. Sure enough now 1 week and 2 days later all my order has arrived. I am happy saved me well over 1000$ Patience is key. If you are in a hurry and need the items next day you should probably look somewhere else. Next Warehouse does not pretend to be Amazon or Newegg CDW they are a straight up Warehouse with great deals and if you can be patient they will treat you right! Will do business again!

Received a defective product of which I arranged RMA to return.
Its been two weeks and I've received absolutely no response from them whatsoever after shipping the product back.

$500 product and I paid $65 to return the product.

Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable, will be filing a dispute for the credit card charge.

They are THEIVES DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Placed an order on NextWarehouse.com and after a couple of weeks I called them about my order. I was told that my order was cancelled due to incorrect pricing on their website. It's only strange that I had been looking at the item for months so it was apparently wrong for months. And I was never emailed or notified about the cancellation and just left to wonder which can put work sensitive matters behind for folks.

They sent me the wrong item which was actually ordered though newegg, returns is taking longer then 2 weeks. RMA shipping label to 4 days to make, Had to wait for it to be shipped back to California, wait another 2 days for newegg to check it in, wait 5 days for nextwarehouse to process calling multiple time, and now im still waiting for the billing dept to submit the credit to my card. NEVER will order from here again. Pay the extra $3 and order it from amazon.

I have ordered an item which took a little longer to ship and deliver than I usually expect. Item, however, ended up being faulty, hence I have requested an RMA, since they won't allow you to ship it back without an RMA.1. They DO NOT provide return shipping label.2. It has been 6 days - still no RMA3. Return form they have on website is incorrect - you must ship item back to a some other address.

On 12/23/2015, I placed an order for two Sandisk 64GB memory cards (item # 1596786) for $99.88 each. At the time of the order, these items were in-stock and payment was made to my credit card, as confirmed by Customer Representative Nigel Grandy ext. 481. However, the items did not ship. A few days later, the items showed "out-of-stock" and Nigel recommended that I do not cancel my order and instead keep my order in the queue to ensure delivery when the items came available. I followed his advice and kept the charge on my credit card for the past four months. A few weeks ago or longer, the items came back into stock as reflected by their webpage showing 300+ items "in-stock". I awaited delivery notification, but did not receive any. So, I called yesterday and spoke to Nigel Grandy and he said the order would be shipped today. Instead, the billing department canceled my order due to the fact the price of the item had changed from $99 to $129. Nigel Grandy stated the price difference as the only fact and reason for my order cancellation despite my having paid for the items and carried the balance on my credit card for the past four months.

My desired outcome is to have the items delivered at the price I paid. I am active duty military and stated my active duty status to Nigel, but this did not effect his decision. I am unsure if he or the billing department discriminated against me for my military service.

They require tremendous patience with their customer service. I went back and forth with them for 6 weeks to try to get the correct parts I needed for their "new" product. The company sent out 4 different packages. At the end of it, they wanted more time to get it right. And when I said that I wanted to return them, they told me that I had to pay the shipping since the products were not damaged and that they would charge me a $7 restocking fee because part of the product worked. Ridiculous!! This is a horrible example of customer service. They should pay for the shipping and not charge a restocking fee since the product was not entirely useable. Also, I think 6 weeks and 4 attempts is more than enough tries to fix the situation.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Can't fault them, I use them all the time and find them great.

This company is a joke. Worst Internet company I have ever used and will definitely NEVER use them again. They were very quick to charge my credit card before they even shipped the order which is a definite violation of credit card rules. I called 3 times times after this charge appeared on my credit card and eventually they told me that the order had not shipped and they had no idea when it would ship so I canceled my order. Three hours after I canceled the order I received info from them that they just shipped my order. It took another week to arrive and I promptly refused the delivery since I canceled it. It then took 2 more weeks to credit my card and of course I still paid for the shipping
