Newitts provide fantastic customer service and communication. I am a Head of PE and use Newitts for all of our sporting equipment orders.

Customer care was outstanding. Issues were dealt with considerately and quickly. Couldn't fault them.

Appalling customer service. Purchased some Mitre footballs for a regular kick about on an astro pitch and they failed to last 2 hours before showing signs of tearing. I doubt they will last much longer before being unusable. I was told that it was not a ‘manufacturing fault’ and they must have come into contact with something sharp. I stated that this was not the case and that they had only been used on an astro pitch with the correct footwear (no metal studs) but they were not interested.

Excellent customer service, couldn’t be more helpful and resolved my query ASAP. Will definitley use again.

Terrible customer service. I paid for a signed-for delivery and the delivery was made, but left on the doorstep. Another courier (who was supposed to collect a parcel from next door), then mistakenly took it. It was subsequently lost. The law states that packages are only considered delivered once they are in the possession of the customer. The contract between myself and Newitts is entirely separate to their contract with FedEx, who claim it was signed for (by me, whilst I was at work! Plus I’ve sent video evidence to Newitts proving that this didn’t happen). They don’t care. Their default position seems to be ‘the customer is lying’. Small claims court here we come

Ordered a hockey stick bag and made a mistake with the order. Newitts customer service dealt with it promptly and delivery was very quick.

I ordered two Mitre Delta footballs and they arrived as expected, though one had a slight defect with the stitching. I contacted Newitts through their web form and received a next working day response to say a replacement would be sent out to me, which arrived less than a week later. Can't fault the service and the balls were the best price I could find them at also

After being really hesitant to order as I had never heard of this company I'm so glad I did and have now placed a second order the customer service is fantastic, I had emailed because I thought I ordered the wrong size they were very quick to try and help me but sizing turned out to be correct and then we have the delivery I honestly cannot believe how quickly my items arrived within 4 days of ordering I had my items I will definitely be using this company more often , the Nike tracksuits are absolutely fantastic I ordered a junior and a senior set

Do not like the delivery process just drop on doorstep snd take picture prefer to sign for it

Through my own error i managed to make a total mess of my order and put the wrong email address in for the information. Despite this the team were not only able to assist but despite it being the busiest time of year responded and fixed everything within half an hour. This is service you just don't get elsewhere and made something stressful, the order is for Christmas, into something simple even after i messed it up. Thank you so much.

Orders are dealt with efficiently and prices are as good, if not better, as anywhere.

Ordered a pair of Ziland pop up goals for my 7yr old bday. I was happy with the price. One of the goals was faulty and Newitts customer service was excellent, they replaced the broken goal with a new one within a week. Would definitely recommend and buy from Newitts again.
