The dresses are not as nice as the pictures

cheep printed materia. Not at all like pictures shown for sale. 95% cotton 5% nylon with three dementional roses sown on, only print and not the material shown in picture.

Ease of processing my order

A shipping date would of been nice and now since it’s been many days I think it’s a scam site don’t waste your money on this company it’s seems fake and I’m still waiting for something they took from my cc over three weeks ago

i purchased three cardigans from this company advertised as knitted garments At £38 each in Jan 2026, the online picture of the garment showed a beautiful knitted cardigans with multiple 3D cats. so l brought one for my mum and daughter too. However what turned up about a month later was complete rubbish with a flat print of the cats on a poorly made hoodie type jacket. i complained and have now waited months for them to get back to me. I did a really silly thing and was ashamed that l hadn't checked the reviews prior to ordering and only checked when l had received the items. Please DO NOT fall for this, it is clearly a SCAM site. am happy to share photos if anyone is interested.

I really liked the extra discounts of 10 and 20 %.

The items are the cheapest of quality, sizes don't make sense. Items did not look anything like the pictures.
Wouldn't give me a refund so just stole £65 off me.

Wonderful selection of clothes. Unusual and fun.

Offered a measly refund for me to keep the product which was sub standard I rejected this and said I would accept 50%. This was well before xmas, I have still recieved nothing, not even their address to return. I do not recommend them to anyone.

All of Newevers designs are absolutely stunning, but importantly, I feel that you need to cater for men as well, with the same creative flair as you do for women.

Cloths looks completely trash and fake, nothing like the photos on the website. When requested refund, refused to do so. DO NOT buy things from them! I lost all my 120USD.

My order took ages to ship and when it came the items were nothing like the website pictures which were beautiful. Looked like the pictures from the web had been printed onto the cheapest thin polyester. They didn't respond to my email until I told them I would leave bad reviews everywhere and get my bank to chase them. In the end got a refund through paypal and donated to a clothing bank. So disappointing all round. Don't bother

I expected a sweater that was knitted. It's a flat drawing of a cat on some material and not knit. The neckline is also small, so it's hard to get over my head.

It was so easy to find and order the items I was looking for and the price was very reasonable for such a lovely product

Wonderful products but takes too long to ship; otherwise, I would give a five plus.

Newevers website states the company is Latvian based, governed by US law and specialises in hand sewn cotton/linen clothing. The clothes on the website look beautiful but they are not the clothes you receive when you order. The company is a Chinese based company that mass produce cheap polyester copies of the photographs shown. After requesting a refund I was first offered a 20% discount on my next order then a 30% discount. When I refused I was told I would have to cover the cost of returning the items (to China NOT Latvia) even though their Terms and Conditions state the company will pay the cost of return. As I had paid via Paypal I contacted them to see if they could help. They did offer to help with the cost of postage but would not give any guarantees that they would stop allowing this company to use their platform to sell their goods. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM
