What nerve
What nerve! I don’t even give you one star! It’s been exactly 4 weeks since I submitted my order online. Not only have I not received it yet, I have had zip communication from you regarding when I will! I called after a week and was told - with no apology - that it was going to be delayed possibly 2 1/2 due to some issue at your plant. I called twice last week requesting an update and have had NO RESPONSE! This is beyond bad service and completely unacceptable!

Great quality, SLOWWWW Shipping!
The quality and variety of the products are wonderful. However, this is not the company you order from when you need things right away, it takes WEEKS before they ship products out. They are often far behind on orders and offer no explanation or notification about shipping time during most of the year. Also once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled but nothing can be added (even though it is 2 weeks before they ship it out).

I’m sad to say, and it is not the first time, but it is the first time that after a much delayed order with no result of receiving it and me having to inquire I heard back from I believe the CEO in a very general, I’m sure automated letter but still had no resolve. I do not have my product. It is holding up my business orders and I am currently seeking other viable vendors.
