Sideboard arrived promptly
Sideboard arrived promptly, at the time stated, it was unpacked and positioned as requested by very helpful delivery men. I am delighted with the sideboard which looks very modern. I purchased a GFA Iowa reclining chair…
I purchased a GFA Iowa reclining chair from Newby in late August 2025. A well known High Street furniture chain sell exactly the same model under a different name (the Olaf Leather power recliner) but one of the salesperson in the local store let slip that the model was actually a GFA model.
Newby House sell the exact same model for approximately £600 less
Regardless of the substantial difference in price, the service from Newby was exemplary; the chair was delivered within a week of payment.
I was able to track exactly where my delivery was on the day (Newby use a third party for delivery) and the delivery chaps brought the recliner into my lounge, set the chair up for me, ensured i was happy with it and then took all the packaging away.
Highly recommend Newby and their third party delivery company

Ordering was very straightforward and queries that I had were answered very clearly. Contact with the company was easy. It's always good to have an experienced person on the end of the telephone, which was answered immediately. Our goods were delivered in excellent condition and on time with good notification.
