Jack today visited my property to install me a new TV aerial (thanks to sky cutting the previous one) anyway Jack messaged this morning informing me of a time of arrival. I messaged back and informed him I was due at work later so he arrived in plenty of time. He was friendly and welcoming and very informative. He got on with the job and was very efficient. He left my house how he found it and was really pleasant. He is an asset to your company and you should be proud. Thank you for the service and happy service. :)

Dale was a very efficient and friendly person. Had the aerial fitted in no time. Extra star for asking for the vac to clean up his mess!!

Budgie, was great. TV aerial fitted in no time, and connected 6 rooms and checked that each aerial port worked before leaving. Could not fault the service its no wonder BT use these guys!

Dale our installer came today despite storm Gareth! Our job was a rather tricky one installing a TV Aerial in a tiny crawl space in our loft. He was not going to let the setbacks stop him....finally he managed to get us reception. Dale was friendly/polite/efficient and professional.

Dave the engineer who fixed our TV aerial was excellent. He was finally able to diagnose that the electricians who had originally wired the house had not connected up a socket. Brilliant!

Had my aerial and 4 way splitter installed by jack, who was not only very professional in making sure everything was working fine before he left along with the installation, he was also very friendly and just generally a very pleasant person to have in your home. Would 100% reccomend.

We have received a great service from Dale at New Channels technology and also the booking staff. Dale came to fit a 4GEE antenna and although confronted by many technical challenges resolved them all, ensuring we had the best possible signal and level of service. I would, without hesitation, recommend Dale and the New Channnel team.

New Channels fitted a TV aerial in the loft of our new house. Jack ensured everything was up and running perfectly before he left, but what really impressed me was his customer service. He was friendly, personable and chatted with us throughout the installation.

Very pleased with the outcome - 6Mbps before up to 40Mbps post install.

Dale was friendly and diligent. Despite it raining, last job of the day, and us being happy with the an initial improvement to 15-20Mbps, Dale was not satisfied and persisted until he got the speed he believed we should have.

Would be happy to use New-Channels again for their other services in future if we need them.

Budgie was great, he saved me £60 by checking an existing aerial cable which was fine. Got my BT equipment connected and tuned and ready to use. Great service.

Phoned BT on a Wednesday evening to request an extra TV aerial. Got a call from New Channels at 9:30 the morning after and the aerial was fitted by noon. All the New Channels staff I dealt with either in person or on the phone were polite and professional. The installation was completed quickly and with no mess. Very good service.
