The staff were exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable

Carver chairs excellent High quality and value for money
Delivery appalling Chairs left outside in no n waterproof cardboard boxes on a Saturday when we were 200miles away . We had agreed that delivery should be between Monday and Friday of following week on a day to be confirmed.
Were told delivery was happening by email on the Saturday which we received after chairs delivered. Fortunately able to contact son who was able to go to house and take them in
Neptune are fortunate they were not stolen/ rained on as we would have wanted replacements
I have already complained about this

Lead time was long but I was kept updated and when the delivery slot was a few hours late the customer care team went out of their way to keep me informed. Pricey but quality and service worth paying for!

Product knowledge not very good in store and head office not much better. I rang both the local store then head office after store couldn’t answer my query. I would have expected head office to have checked the product in person to give me the correct answer instead of guessing and giving the wrong answer.

Absolutely love everything about Neptune, the range of products & the quality. Have bought a few things but really looking forward to the delivery of our new suite. Just trying to decide on a colour scheme. So difficult to choose when such amazing colours on offer.

Excellent service installation and follow up

Fantastic design service. We used Neptune Southport for a paint consultation, lounge room design, kitchen design and utility design. We could not be happier with the results. The paint colours look amazing in every room and compliment each other to create cohesive flow throughout the house. The kitchen and utility designs work beautifully and the functionality of all the rooms is amazing. Our lounge was a tricky space and again the designer ensured it was furnished beautifully and issues were resolved. In all we feel that the designers really understood the project and what we wanted to achieve and we love the results.

The whole process from start to finish has been amazing. Customer care is at the forefront of the process, Caroline who designed and managed the project has been so helpful and supportive throughout, she listened to my needs and provided exactly what I asked for and within the limited budget given. She has been on hand, answering questions, offering suggestions regarding interior decor and she has truly made this process a memorable and pleasurable project.
I have had assistance from all the members of staff in this store and each time, the experience has been a positive one. They have gone above and beyond to ensure excellent service.
Rob who fitted my kitchen was punctual, worked tirelessly and was supportive in some decisions needed during this time.
Neptune kitchens are beautiful and I am so glad that I now have one in my own home. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you so much everyone!

Showroom not as nice as Knutsford.

Very helpful indeed, we had difficulty getting our old suite out of the front door in readiness for our new ones and after a quick phone call Joe came to take a look then proceeded to help get it out without any damage done ready for the charity shop collection.
We are very pleased with our new furniture,and service from start to finish was excellent.
