Visited yesterday with my friend what a lovely place , made to feel welcome by staff allowed to walk around at our own speed , no hassle no questions we had a lovely time . Staff very approachable and helpful answering our questions we brought some lovely pieces and will return soon .

Staff in the shop were friendly and really helpful in finding out info for me, as well as giving ideas on design and using colour.

Neptune have high end quality furniture but in my experience every time we had a delivery the item
Went back because it was faulty. We ended up having 4 units and even the 4th one was faulty, so someone had to come out to fix it. We ordered a dining table and now tbt is faulty so we are waiting for Neptunes to get back to us to see what happens next. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

Brilliant service from Neptune.
We went to look at the items in the shop at Edgbaston. It’s beautiful ! A wonderful display of goods.
We ordered four bar stools and a side table.
They arrived the following Friday.
Brilliant service, friendly and knowledgable staff and a fantastic store.

I visited and originally tried to place my order for 2 sofas at Neptune at Holloways but the sales consultant didn’t check availability or show any interest even though I said I wanted them before Christmas - I was advised delivery would be in January. In frustration I phoned Neptune Edgbaston and the person I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful, she immediately checked availability, advised the sofas were in stock and I could have them within 2 weeks - she was professional and provided amazing customer service.

Beautiful product, looks great and excellent quality. Excellent service from delivery guys, but Not so happy with customer service as delivery date was put back but not informed of these changes.

Excellent customer service from all the staff that have assisted us over the last few visits to our local store.

The products are good but prices have risen significantly. The delivery staff are fabulous but I had a problem with an item and when I went into the Edgbaston store to discuss, one of the assistants gave a look to a colleague behind my back which made me feel really uncomfortable

We went to Neptune in Edgbaston on the recommendation of our good friends and we weren’t disappointed. The inspirational room settings were …inspirational! We bought a mirror and two wall lights because they looked so stylish together in your display bathroom- we couldn’t “see” our shower room until we saw yours and now it’s all falling into place- we bought paint too - a swatch does nothing- a whole room painted in that colour shows you just how fabulous it could look. Thanks Neptune!

Initially met with Rachael at the Edgbaston store. Great design ideas for a relatively large kitchen. We took the plunge and from start to finish the service has been excellent. James Fagan’s fitting of the kitchen was first rate and made our entire experience of Neptune exceptional. Highly recommended.

Superb service all around from friendly,helpful and professional staff at the shop to timely and seamless delivery of the furniture. We are very happy with everything. I would recommend Neptune without reservation.

Excellent Staff, well motivated and Responsive

Lucy at the Birmingham Store has looked after us all the way. We have brought a considerable amount of furniture - 2 bedrooms completely fitted out & sofas etc for a conservatory & chairs.as well as plenty of soft furnishings. She has been Excellent throughout the whole process.

I am absolutely delighted to write this review and it's not often that I can say that. I have recently had a new kitchen from Neptune. What an incredible journey it has been, from the initial consultation and design by Jackie Casewell, who has put up with; me changing my mind, (on numerous occasions) Covid restrictions and recently supply chain (white goods only) challenges. Jackie has been an inspiration with design and such a pleasure to work with and nothing has been too much trouble, I cannot thank her enough. The installation team have also provided a top service, including great communication, being highly skilled at their craft with any small issues being picked up by them and dealt with immediately. John (Magnor) and James (Fagan) the fitter have shown a high level of attention to detail and the paint finish by Steve is amazing. I am so pleased with the overall result that I felt compelled to shout about the brand (just delicious to touch and feel) plus the excellent team, even the delivery drivers have had a brilliant attitude and therefore would have no hesitation in recommending Neptune and I will be using again for future projects. Extraordinary results in a difficult world deserves recognition. Thank you for making me smile :) every time I walk into the kitchen.

Investing in Neptune to design and fit our kitchen in our cottage that we've been renovating has been one of the best decisions we made. We went to 3 companies at various price points for comparison and I'm so glad we chose Neptune who have gone above and beyond the call of duty from start to finish in this process. From the warm welcome we received at our initial store visit to the attention to detail in the final sign-off, we have been astounded by the immaculate level of service we have received. We have an absolutely beautiful kitchen as a result and I cannot stress how strongly I recommend Neptune - I wax lyrical about them to literally anyone who asks me about our kitchen! Beautiful products, unparalleled wealth and knowledge from all team members, unbeatable standards, stunning quality...we only wish we'd had the budget to get them to do the rest of the house!

Ordered a Waverley bed with a Chloe trellis covered headboard late October 21 and was told to expect delivery in January 22 (this was part of a larger order). In December I checked the predicted delivery date which was then mid March. I called up the Solihull store who put me in touch with Anna at customer service who was really helpful explaining the problem and promised she would take a special interest and make sure she kept me updated with the delivery. This did not happen. I did receive my bed in February but that’s when the problems escalated. The bed was delivered with a faulty headboard (loose and saggy upholstery). The fitters were lovely and immediately called in the fault and confirmed that a replacement was ordered and I could use the faulty part until this arrived. Two weeks later I received a message from homeserve to book in a repair. I contacted Tori at customer service to say I was expecting a replacement not a repair on a £750 item. She explained that the wait time was 16 weeks and a repair would resolve this much quicker. Therefore I accepted a repair. I waited a further 2 weeks for the homeserve man to arrive (booking a morning off to accommodate) to be told that this is the worst upholstered item he had ever seen and the wear on two weeks use of the item (we had to wait for mattress delivery before using) looked more like 2 years and the fabric needed replacing too (it was very worn and bobbly). Move forward another two weeks and I received a message from Tori stating that a homeserve had confirmed that a the headboard was faulty and a replacement was ordered due AIGUST! Yes August! I replied saying this was unacceptable and the answer was, well it’s comes from China, this is the delivery time and return it if you want. No apologies or anything. I then went into store and explained the problem. The store lady was lovely and suggested that, as the fabrics was in stock to purchase, she would see if homeserve could indeed repair the faulty item. She did say that customer service was struggling due to the unprecedented amount of faulty items that had recently been felt. She promised to get back to me. Guess what. I have heard nothing! I suggest you spend your money on a store that spends less time posting lovely pictures on Instagram and more on customer service. Shame on you Neptune!
