Lovely showroom and ambiance at Neptune Chesham. Excellent customer service received from Patsy who was pleasant, attentive and very helpful.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Neptune. The staff at the Chesham Neptune store have been a delight to work with.
The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding, and the finished kitchen is both beautiful and practical. It has completely transformed the space.
We would highly recommend Neptune to anyone looking for a high-quality, beautifully designed kitchen.

I took back a cushion just a few days out of the 28 day period. I explained I’d not been able to get back sooner as husband ill w cancer. I would have happily taken a credit note or gift card but was told I had to buy something on the day.
I was boiling hot and stressed. Although I love Neptune stuff, I couldn’t really find anything under the pressure. The shop assistant (or manager?) could have been far more helpful, she was highly unsympathetic. I’ve been a customer for many years, not sure I would go back now.

UPDATE: I got a lovely call and email from the Neptune customer experience manager. She was concerned,
apologised and put things right. Much appreciated. It was perfect complaint handling, imo.
This really shows the importance of good customer care, as I have plans to redecorate and buy some new armchairs. Neptune may now be a part of that.

Just had Lee and Peter deliver to HP65NA. Very professional and courteous - great job

I ordered an 3 seater Elise sofa and some extra material to make cushions and arm caps. I explained this at the time of purchase so they would both be the same material batch. The sofa was duly delivered along with the material. It was sent to my soft furnishing lady. They came back and when put on the sofa they were a completely different colour. Neptune admitted I had been given a different batch of the extra material and despite it costing me for the cushions to be made plus inners etc Neptune would only offer ‘as a good will gesture’ a refund on the price of the material. I’m out of pocket through no fault of my own , which Neptune fully accepts and I’m extremely disappointed with Neptune’s customer support. I asked for 2 cushions as a replacement which at cost would have cost them considerably less than my outlay and they flatly refused. Terrible service from what is supposed to be a high end company and products.

Always a great service from Neptune, setting up, taking away the packaging and making sure everything is perfect before they leave. Andre and Liam did an amazing job (in the middle of a heatwave) and couldn’t have been more professional.

A 4.5 star review (because there’s always room for improvement). The Chesham team have been largely great from design through to fitting. A couple of miscommunications along the way resulted in additional surprise charges (which we ended up not opting for) or missing items but this was rectified quickly. Fiona designed the kitchen wonderfully and really listened and understood our needs. A huge shout out to Anthony Mann though who is an incredibly talented carpenter who fitted the kitchen. Meticulous. Overall really pleased with the result and absolutely loving my new favourite space.

Beautiful light that looks lovely in bedroom. Delivery service was quick.

Alfi and Josh were just lovely. They waited for me whilst I had an emergency with one of the children and were personable, professional and quick in putting the parasol together. Their excellent customer service really stood out. Thank you

I had telephoned several stores trying to locate 2 Dartmouth garden lights .. as they were not being replaced by Neptune …the last store was Chesham. Patsy went over and above to check their stock and found they had them. I had to arrange collection, being miles away and she made the suggestions and that all
went smoothly. Thank you Patsy .
Also although not Chesham a thank you as well to Theresa in Chester who had the first 2 Dartmouth lights and again went over and above to tell me how I might find the remainder. Thank you all.

Couldn’t have asked for better service … Patsy went above and beyond to sort out the dinner service I wanted the same day ! Arrived at the shop with it all ready for me and carried to my car!!!

Popped into Neptune Chesham for an extra Chichester handle. Such amazing service the lady who helped us was simply great. We had a lovely chat about all things Cotswolds. Just wanted to say Thank you

Absolutely wonderful experience at this Neptune. Missy was super helpful with our kitchen and all the staff were friendly, engaging and great fun. Could not recommend highly enough. Thank you Missy for all your expertise.

I recently ordered 4 stock barstools, a very last minute purchase which I needed ASAP. I was helped by Emily at the Chesham store, who went above and beyond to make this happen for me, the service was exemplary. Emily was charmingly cheerful and helpful.

When running a promotion with the headline £20 off when you spend £50 it's very misleading when the terms and conditions are in minuscule writing and the products excluded lack transparency. If a company is going to email me as a regular customer I would appreciate honesty rather than misleading headlines! I wouldn't have visited the store if the promotion had not been so misleading.

Lovely products and a very good price-in the sale. Feels like spring has arrived with a tall vase for one bloom and candles for the long evenings in the garden.
