They refuse refunds on unused returned items. They rejected my returned parcel from Royal Mail who were attempting to deliver my return. When I resent it, they said it was outside the 14 days return window and said I had to have it back. Exceptionally poor customer service!

Had my timing belt kit ordered in June and today I had to reseal the water pump because was leaking….and found the tensioner pulley snapped in two different places…wasn’t metal…looks like plastic

Could have bought at a cheaper price on line but build quality would not be as good or may not be a exact fit so excellent choice to get from neo brother saves time and for good build quality value for money

Doing a bit of preventive maintenance before another 'Ring trip, decided to check the VANOS solenoids on my N18... took it out and the filter just fell out... NEO to the rescue!
