Customer service is shocking
Customer service is shocking. Ended up having to pay £3.00 extra to total mail to have the parcel delivered as postage was underpaid. Didn’t even get so much as and apology just told it was not their problem and to contact Royal Mail.

Thank you for your review. I spoke with you over email and apologised 3 times. I sent as a small parcel as discussed and my boxes are the correct size for Royal Mail small parcel as my local post office doesn’t allow me to post parcels with the incorrect postage on. They check every single parcel I send.
I asked you to speak with Royal Mail yes as they have charged you wrongly. I double checked my parcel size this end and it’s the size they say on their website. I send these parcels out daily.
I am very sorry that you aren’t happy and you haven’t accepted my 3 apologies in email.

Rosie is the lovelies lady and her products are fantastic and made with every client at heart. Her wax melts are so beautiful fragranced, the carpet freshener is fantastic and leaves your home smelling fresh. I’ve had other products from Rosie and my goodness she’s a life saver.
