Nice products awful customer service. I returned an item and had to continually chase for a refund which as yet has still not been received. It has stopped me buying anymore items.

I LOVE their products/ jewelry! Very well made and beautiful pieces!! Shipping from the UK sometimes takes a little bit, but it’s well worth it. I have two pieces and I’m OBSESSED with them! I plan on buying more soon!

Ordered the diamante initial collar and it looks just like the picture! Beautiful and super shiny! There were some problems with the shipping on my order but the customer service was super caring and helpful with making sure my order got to me! Will definitely be ordering again soon!

Gorgeous range of jewellery! I bought two necklaces from Neck on the Line and have been wearing hem pretty much constantly for the last 6 months, with no signs of wear or tarnish!! Also great and quick delivery, and really lovely packaging.

Only place I buy my jewellery from!
Quite literally the only place I buy jewellery from - bought a curb chain and birth date necklace and worn them solidly everyday for over a year, even in the shower, and the gold plating has only just started to wear off. Would have lasted much longer if I had looked after them better - would recommend to anybody 💞

I love Neck On The Line! There are always so many items that I love.
I always find it hard to find jewellery of decent quality in designs that I’d buy but this brand always delivers.
The quality is decent, I’ve had the pieces that I own for a good while now. I do make sure to not wear them in water and to also keep them away from perfumes and creams.

No customer service
Never received my order, not even sure it was shipped. Customer service ghosts you (email, insta, phone). I have seen other people saying this so it’s not unusual to be ignored by them. I would have ordered again if they had cared a little because I like their designs so much.

I love the gold filled collection so much ! I never take any of my gold filled jewellery off and it doesn’t discolour . The quality is amazing ! Great value for money . The shipping is super quick to.

I loooove neckontheline! Im such a Fan of this Brand since they are always listening to their costumers needs and wishes and their products are so good quality! I ordered a couple necklaces and i get so many compliments since the jewelry is really unique! The customer service is also top, i live in Austria and i never had any issues with the delivery!

Neck on the line is a great company . The website is super easy to use and their pieces are up to date with the kind of pieces people want . The prices are good and the quality is great . The delivery service is super quick and has nice packaging to go along with it . I ordered a piece from there and was super impressed with the quality of it especially the chain , they don’t look cheap at all and go great in sets overall I would recommend buying from them

Affordable and great quality jewellery
Love this brand! Affordable and good quality jewellery. They’ve a lot of nice and unique pieces that are great to combine and layer with each other. Delivery mostly takes about 3 working days, and I live outside of the UK. I once ordered a pair of earrings that started to chip before even wearing them and I was send a new pair right away! Great service!

3/5 - chains broke but lovely designs!
I really wanted to give 5/5 stars as the jewellery itself was beautiful but 2/4 necklaces I ordered broke before I even got to wear them. I have to use the remaining chain (only one with a loose pendant) to swap the charms around so I can’t wear them all at once which is a shame as I love them all! I was thinking of ordering from here again as I’m swapping my gold jewellery out for silver but I’m not too sure, if it wasn’t for the breakage I’d 100% get all my stuff from here :)
