Beware ! International customers are treated like dirt
The NBA International League Pass has appalling customer support. Requests to cancel a subscription are responded to with lies, misdirection and a refusal to cancel the subscription. Eventually (after they have stolen your money) they simply stop responding to emails and there is no other way to make contact. If you email the NBA directly they simply refuse to help because you live outside the US.
Do not take out a monthly subscription unless you want to keep paying it forever.

Good website and features - NBA league pass to complicated.
I paid for leaguepass through itunes and have been having issues log in and i have not been able to access it yet.
I wanted to watch the playoffs the 16 but now tuesday the 19 im going to miss another night of basketball. Eventhough the money was taken instantly and i have been corresponding with the nba support for 7 emails now.

Pour ce qui est des offres payantes (league pass), mes remarques sont les suivantes :
- (-) Prix très élevé
- (+) Qualité HD et temps de pause coupés lors des replays
- (-) Serveur souvent obstrué lors des lives --> perte en qualité
- (+) Ergonomie et fonctionnalité
- (-) Attention aux périodes d'essai : si elle n'est pas annulée à temps, votre compte est automatiquement débité !
