After a visit to my home the window was confirmed unfixable and would need to go on site. Bit of a pain to drive to Avonmouth (felt like I was in Mad Max with those big trucks zooming about! :-)) but the booking process was easy and I only needed to say a good time and day and everything else was handled. Good communication when the day changed due to illness of the fitter too. WiFi on site, coffee shop nearby and a comfy sofa so no work missed either. So far the new windscreen is still where it should be and camera still working so pretty perfect really. Thank you!

Everything was easy to do, from the first phone call to the completion of the job, the staff were helpful, polite & friendly & the lad just got on with the job. I was kept up to date as to exactly when the lad would be coming to fit the new windscreen. Very pleased with this service and would definitely recommend.

The Nottingham/Mansfield branch came out to me to repair two chips in my windscreen, Ash was very polite and punctual, he repaired the chips in the windscreen perfectly and I couldn't really see where they once were after his repair job.

NWS contracted 'The Windscreen Company' to repair chips to our van window. The technician was prompt, polite and quick! Really easy dealing with both.

excellent and efficient service from NWS. Friendly guys, clean office to sit and wait in. All good, just a shame I had to drive for an hour to get there.
