I think the reviews claiming fast delivery and excellent service and written by the company itself. I ordered from them on the 4th of August and package was not sent until the 15th so they are selling products they don’t have in stock.
Almost a month later and still no delivery.

They are also very misleading on the website, I purchased one pack to try and they set me up for an automatic subscription, it was only when I went on to check delivery that I noticed.

Unfortunately, this shop is reviewed 0.
My order number #25309 of an amount of €120 was delivered incomplete, in a very poor and unsafe packaging.
An order of such a high value was delivered in a very low-quality cardboard envelope, easily opened, and inadequately sealed with only two small strips of tape on the sides. This makes it vulnerable for this type of delivery, especially considering the more than four countries crossed. During the shipment, someone surely took advantage of the contents.
I hope that the customer service of NaturelleShop proves to be helpful and professional regarding what happened. At the moment, I am deeply puzzled and astonished by the delivery and in a way it was shipped. I hope it will be resolved quickly.

Ha sido mi primera compra y no puedo estar más contenta con todo. Contacté con servicio de atención al cliente para consultar unas fechas de caducidad y me respondieron al día con toda la información necesaria. El envío fue increíblemente rápido, de Finlandia a España en un fin de semana! Encontré un producto agotado en todos los sitios, con un buen precio. Además me vino con regalitos extra muy generosos. El único "contra" es que el envío es algo elevado si no se llega al mínimo, que tampoco es bajo, pero con comprar repuestos se resuelve. En resumen: atención al cliente, productos, envío y calidad de todo EXCELENTE! Para repetir cuando tenga que reponer.

They have some really awesome products on this website. I was looking for natural organic brands which they definitely feature, hence the website name! Beautiful good quality products, delivered in good time. Would definitely order from them again. Stumbled across them when I was looking to purchase an Australian skin care brand from the UK. Worked out great as offers shipping to the UK!

Отличный магазин!!!! такого я еще не встречала! Посылка пришла полностью изуродованная, упаковочные коробки были порванны, скорее все сделали это при досмотре на таможне. Это был подарок. такое подарить я уже не смогу. написав в магазин, мне возместили весь заказ!! просто продублировали еще раз мою посылку!!! вы верите????? я тоже не верила, пока не встретила такой магазин! Я очень благодарна!!!!

Excellent shop!!!! this I have not yet met! The parcel arrived completely disfigured, the packing boxes were torn, most likely everyone did it during the inspection at customs. It was a gift. I can't give it to me anymore. writing to the store, I reimbursed the entire order !! just duplicated my package again !!! you believe????? I also did not believe until I met such a store!
